I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss but when I got home I discovered there was no chicken on it. I drove back across town expecting that they would give me a new sandwich but instead they just slapped a piece of chicken on it, sloppily wrapped it back up and gave it back to me. I was very disappointed with how it was handled. Not even an apology.
Update: Arby's responded with a link wanting further details but the link doesn't work.

Congrats. You know how to make fast food so slow that I can't even come here for lunch. Today I waited 17 minutes to order food. Three vehicles to get to order and I only moved once. I left drove home and made a frozen pizza and back to work faster than waiting in drive through for what was supose to be fast food. Not ever coming back

Today is Feb 25, 2025. I just went through the drive through to order for 2 classic roast beefs, sm order of Poppers, med crinkle fries, LG mocha shake, and a large mint choc shake. It took a long time to get anything when I decided to look at my clock it said 2:05pm after she handed me the bag I reminded her we still needed the choc mint shake she threw the cup as though I couldn't see her I looked in the bag and notice no sauce so when she gave me a medium, not the lg I ordered I asked for some sauce she acted like I was bothering her. I should have made her get me the lg shake but I was tired of waiting for what we did get

Every time we order from this store whether it is in person or thru door dash they forget our fries every single time! I’m quite sick of it! I’ve tried going the benefit of the doubt, ā€œoh they they’re probably busy, mistakes happenā€, but every time. Come on! This is ridiculous. Do better and get it together!!!!! And no it’s never the dasher, we’ve checked.

I don’t know if this girl was having a bad day or what. But this girl with blue in her hair decided it’s a good day to be really rude. She passed me so I decided to ask a question and she just gave me a really dirty look and walked away. I mean a very nasty face like she was annoyed I even looked at her. I think you need to be a bit more professional!!!
