Today is Feb 25, 2025. I just went through the drive through to order for 2 classic roast beefs, sm order of Poppers, med crinkle fries, LG mocha shake, and a large mint choc shake. It took a long time to get anything when I decided to look at my clock it said 2:05pm after she handed me the bag I reminded her we still needed the choc mint shake she threw the cup as though I couldn't see her I looked in the bag and notice no sauce so when she gave me a medium, not the lg I ordered I asked for some sauce she acted like I was bothering her. I should have made her get me the lg shake but I was tired of waiting for what we did get

Every time we order from this store whether it is in person or thru door dash they forget our fries every single time! I’m quite sick of it! I’ve tried going the benefit of the doubt, “oh they they’re probably busy, mistakes happen”, but every time. Come on! This is ridiculous. Do better and get it together!!!!! And no it’s never the dasher, we’ve checked.

I don’t know if this girl was having a bad day or what. But this girl with blue in her hair decided it’s a good day to be really rude. She passed me so I decided to ask a question and she just gave me a really dirty look and walked away. I mean a very nasty face like she was annoyed I even looked at her. I think you need to be a bit more professional!!!

Food is fantastic. Service is sooooo slow. For just a curly fry and 6 piece mozzarella, I'm waiting 10 minutes with a couple cars in line. It's always like this, it's so ridiculous.

store was a mess I've watched customers have to wait 30 min or more for food I have ate there and food was disgusting and cold. the management was rude to not only customers but to there employees. alot of favoritism. this store needs training and mostly new management.

This place is a disaster...went last month and while walking to the door employee come out and told us dinning room was closed, so we left. Next time stopping in was a 30 minute wait. The last time we stopped, and I do mean last time, the guy taking the order told us their would be a 20 minute wait. The manager was running around like a 5 year old and they all were cussing like sailors, what a mess!!!! Also add that their was only about 10 customers and a couple that left before we did
Management is toxic treated the former employee and fired her a week ago, they pick favoritism it's obvious! Food there is cold. Don't recommend any off the menu.

Restaurant is filthy. Food all Over the floor in the prep area. Extremely slow service. What I assumed was the manager on duty had to tell other employee not to thrown food and another to watch their language as they cursed. Appears no one really knows what they are doing or in charge.

Did drive up around 1 today, not busy. Ordered the chicken wrap. I got 5 small pieces of chicken, very little lettuce, and a whole lot of wrap. When you pay 12.00 for a meal you expect way better!
