My husband and I love it! We were regulars in Knoxville. When it closed, we drove to Newton occasionally, but difficult with mile long bridge over Lake Red Rock closed. It is open now. We ate there last week. Good as ever. We had a special listed on menu. Two pasta dinners. Included one appetizer, 2 dinners with salad and bread sticks. I had cheese ravioli and my husband had spaghetti with meatballs. Generous servings. We took home enough for supper the next night. Our favorite is a cozy booth in the center section. Lighting and music are just right. Price was right as well. Where can you get that much for about $23 before tip?

We dined on a Tuesday night. The service was fast and the food was excellent! We had an order of cheese bread and it was amazing! I'm not sure what spices or cheese they use, but it was delicious! I ordered the Baggio Special, which had chicken, sausage, mushrooms and peppers over spaghetti. The sauce over it, was so good too! My husband had the Tour of Italy and he couldn't say enough about how good it was. It was a lot of food and we both brought some home. The prices were reasonable and our waitress(Natalie) was very attentive and checked on us frequently. We will go back again! Thank you Baggios!!
Talk about a hidden gem!! Good sized portions, delicious food and reasonably priced. All this in Newton, Iowa!? Yes!! Go!! Great food!! Enjoy.

Came here for the first time tonight and the food and service were fantastic! I would give 5 stars for food service and atmosphere but It was very hot in there, almost to a point it was miserable. Hopefully the air gets fixed soon for the patrons and servers sake

Just passing through Iowa and stopped for dinner. BEST ITALIAN food I've had in a long time. I would recommend this place to everyone local or passing through. Air being out of order is the only reason for 3 star atmosphere. Owner and cook came out to make sure we were pleased. Service was spectacular.
