Maybe Glasses Would Help?
Stopped by Burger King and ordered a large half onion rings, half fries. Apparently, “half” means something completely different here because I got a sad pile of fries with a grand total of FOUR tiny onion rings. I guess basic portioning is just too complicated.
When we politely brought this up to the manager, she brushed us off, saying, “there’s no expertise” and “that’s just how they are.” No expertise? That much was already obvious. It really shouldn’t be this hard to eyeball half and half, but maybe that’s a skill that requires special training at this location. Or maybe she just needs glasses.
I didn’t catch her name, but she was a short, chubby woman with blonde hair and gray roots, wearing a grey shirt. Given her attitude, she must be very confident in her position—because customer service is definitely not her strong suit. If this is the standard at Burger King, I think I’ll take my business somewhere that understands how fractions work.

Pulled up to the drive thru and was told they would help me "when they could" and then we waited at the drive thru for another 5+ minutes...we were the only ones in the drive thru at the time so didn't understand why it was taking so long. After we had been waiting I finally asked when I could order.
someone finally came on after a few minutes and said "I don't know". Then a male spoke so asked why it was taking so long, not yelling or anything but this guy then told me to calm down and that he did not have to take this from me!! Which was completely unwarranted. We left without ordering anything and I will NOT be going back

We ordered an original chicken sandwich add cheese and chicken jr. plus a small and large onion rings. The onion rings were good. Had to take the chicken sandwich back because it didn’t have the cheese on it. Instead of them giving me a new sandwich with cheese they just added the cheese to the sandwich. Then they gave us a whopper jr instead of the chicken jr, so we went back through the drive thru and bought a chicken jr. then they pulled us up and forgot about us. After 20 minutes of waiting I decided to go in and come to find out that they gave the chicken jr to someone else, so I had to wait for another 5 minutes or so to get the chicken jr. yes they refunded me the money back but the woman that did it had a attitude about it. Plus half of the crew had joggers on for work pants. What is this world coming to? These businesses just don’t care about the customers anymore.

The service was fast and fresh food. The fries were hot and delicious. The window person was nice and attentive. Went inside three weeks later and person at counter was nice. The inside was clean and slick looking. Coca-Cola products but a wide variety of them in a pick your own drink type of machine.

First time I've been to this location, or had Burger King is a number of years. Had French toast sticks. Were hot and fresh. Got 1 container of syrup for 5 sticks, and thought I'd be scraping the container, but had more than enough. My partner had a Whopper, which besides the strong onion smell, looked and smelled good, and he definitely let me know it was delicious. Service was quick, especially given the food was fresh and piping hot. Nicely done.

Before I placed my order, I asked about a senior citizen discount and was told yes they do. When I got home I checked my receipt there was no discount.

the dude working the window 08/12 late at night was probably the nicest drive thru worker we’ve ever met. seems like he genuinely cares about customer service and making sure everyone is happy. Definitely made our night and deserves a raise! :)

I come here a lot to pick up orders. I usually never typically had a problem. Until the past few days. There’s been this chick with white hair old and rude. Idk her name but this first time I ran into her working she got my order wrong and blamed me and when I got home I checked my order and it was right but the receipt she game was wrong. Then earlier today I grabbed my order and the dude at the register asked what I needed and she budded it and grabbed my order and threw it onto the counter and said there it is in a rude manner. Idk her name but personally I think she needs to be gone. If she worked at my restaurant and treated my customers like that I would fire her. I don want non of that energy around my customers

Sunday morning, driving down the "main drag" and you see two fast food places directly across from one another. McDonalds has a line of cars all the way around the building out to the street, with cars stopped along the road to get in for their turn. Burger King has one car in the drive-thru line.
That visual should tell you everything you need to know, yet I ignored it.
Ordering was painful, but I was pitched a "two croissants for $2" deal, so that didn't sound bad. Between a few of those and a regular value meal that'll feed the hungry pups in the car before church.
We pulled around, paid, and then were told we'd need to wait for eggs. I asked how long and I heard from the back, "I have no idea..." Ok, surely it won't take too long, so we pull forward. Almost 15 minutes goes by, and I kick Mommy and one child out of the car to wait on the grub, while I run another child to church because she was singing in the choir and couldn't be late. I come back, pick up the family, and on the way to church we find out that instead of having a total of 5 sandwiches, we had 3. I also looked at the receipt and we were charged more than the "good deal" we were pitched in line.
It was thoroughly unprofessional throughout, disorganized, and they truly didn't have a sense of what was going on in an otherwise streamlined business model. I was overcharged (or communicated to incorrectly), shorted on the order, and the amount of time it took when they clearly weren't busy was nutty...
And yes, most of us were late for church after all that.
Here's what I want, in this order:
-A commitment to customer service so others don't have to deal with this nonsense.
-An apology.
-My money back.

Leroy was great!
Waited FOREVER in the drive thru, only one car in front of me. When I got my food the sandwich was very sloppy. More mayonnaise on the wrap then on my sandwich.
