Overall great experience! When I went in it was around 9:30. The service was good, and they were very quick with getting out food. The only problem I had was we ordered a marshmallow malt, strawberry shake, and a water, but we got a marshmallow shake, a strawberry shake, and no water. Not a huge deal though.

This place was horrible. We went to go get Dairy Queen with 30 minutes till close. When we started ordering we where meant with rude workers who kept making rude comments about how inconvenient we where for ordering. When we got to the window they handed us 13 ice creams but we ordered 18. We asked for a receipt to make sure we got everything after we paid $114 for 18 blizzards. But they said no and started yelling at my 2 little kids in the back seat who were crying for ice cream. She started cussing and saying not ok rude comments in front of my 5 year old kids. Then we drove off and they told us to call Joe in the morning for any complaints. Don’t go here.

My husband and I went there for ice cream this evening ing on5/11/25 I was very disappointed in the product we ordered 2 blizzard they were not mixed up at all and. Is was only half full. Not impressed at all

The Blizzards are Amazing nice way to cheer yourself up ,.The staff are very friendly and helpful explaining all the varieties of Ice .So it was very much appreciated to have helpful happy employees,Thank you very much I will certainly be back.
Updated review: new manager I believe and they are very pleasant. Ice cream orders have been fine. The wait is long but I don't go there expecting super fast service.

Tonight 7-9-24 we stopped by to get ice cream around 7:45pm. We were greeted through the outdoor speaker menu board however couldn’t understand any of the person talking because there was others in background meowing over the top of the person speaking. No idea what was asked or said. There were 3 young workers inside when we drove up to the window and they were still messing around. Have no idea what my total was until I looked at my bank card online to see the transaction. Can’t believe this happened, like seriously meowing over the top so we can’t hear what was being asked and confirmed what we wanted. Not satisfied at all. Confirming the person heard the order and repeat what they wanted to get so that the order is not messed up and wasted if wrong.

LAST STRAW!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! THIS WAS THE 5TH AND FINAL TIME THAT WE WILL EVER GO TO THIS DAIRY QUEEN. ONLY ONE TIME OUT OF FIVE WAS IT EVER DECENT. WENT TO THE DRIVE THRU AND WE WERE AT THE SPEAKER AND THE BLONDE HAIRED GIRL DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE US BUT DID POP HER HEAD OUT THE WINDOW FIVE TIMES WITH A DEER IN THE HEADLIGHTS LOOK. WE FINALLY LEFT AFTER TWO CARS BEHIND US LEFT.
I went through the drive through and to the blonde haired girl sitting there telling the other girl she didn't know what she was doing and to go somewhere else had no business yelling and being so rude to the other girls in the store and doing that in front of the customers the girl that was being yelled at looked like she was gonna break down you guys need to train the staff to be more respectful and not treat other employees horribly cause the mag strip on my card wasn't working right I about left and took my business else where very disappointed with the blonde haired girl fix your attitude ...
