They weren’t busy at all. I would say very slow and only 5:30, yet we waited over 25 minutes for our food and ended up getting the wrong food. What was supposed to be a quick stop for food ended up taking forever.
Inside it was freezing cold and the bathroom was out of soap and paper towels

20 minutes to go through the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me. Ordered a combo. They left the tomato on it even though I asked to take it off. Burger was cold and fries greasy and cold as well. Not worth the trip.
Welcoming staff at the front counter. Curly fries were not warm and very dried out. Kids cheeseburger was a hockey puck.

There is a good veriety of food. I like the Ruben and curly fries. Cheese stix and poppers are a great snack! From chicken sandwich, french dipper, and more. The frozen coffee and shakes are sure to please. Different ones at times.
Hands down best location I eaten at in years!! Thank you for taking the time to toast the bread! All of the employees were very helpful and I was acknowledged both coming into, and leaving the restaurant. Thank you Newton Hardee's for a delicious lunch with my best friend!
People taking orders are rude and won’t let customers finish there order. No sense of organization especially when waiting for food

The last 3 times I've been here have had issues. I have stopped for breakfast every Sunday for months. No issues. I went on 2 Mondays instead in the last month. First time it took forever but the lady was nice, just seemed new. 2 or 3 weeks later it took a ridiculous amount of time to get to the window. Then she couldn't find my order and after telling her my order 2 more times and her saying huh again, I told her never mind on the order. She replied "yeah, ok". I just drove off. Today I stopped at 730am and pull up to the drive up window. Someone came on the speaker and said they weren't open yet because they had all just gotten there. People were waiting in the parking lot and driving off. Three strikes- I'm out. Never attempting this place again.

This is one of those moments when the people matter more than anything. I’m allergic to wheat and dairy. And the awesome manager (lady with white hair in a bun on top of her head) helped me get a safe meal. Traveling with food allergies can be rough. But she sure made my day. I’d eat here all the time if I could. I highly recommend this place- and this lady.
