The staff and employees were absolutely wonderful this weeks. My son married a girl here in my hometown where I haven’t lived in 42 years. Hy-Vee handled the donuts(rather than cake), rehearsal dinner, alcohol, deli items to feed the bridal party before the ceremony, and all the last minute item. Thank you for helping make the #Irvinityandbeyond wedding amazing!!

Went to the store had a gift card, I purchase pop and dog food, the total was$37.69 she told me I had $27.01 left on the card, so I had her ring up the rest of my groceries. The rest of the groceries totaled $26.10, so should have been nothing owed! But oh no, she says that will be $53.29. I questioned that but she said that it was right, got hope and used calculator and couldn’t get the bill to be what I got charged on. Went to the store and the customer service said no it’s right. Not sure I will ever go there again!!!

I am very disappointed that your store has decided to make so may of the checkout lines self checkout. There were 2 checkers and self checkout lines not being used while patrons waited in line for the checkers to check them out.

I ordered over the phone from Florida, for my mom's birthday, I just asked that they make it really pretty for her with no decoration instructions and they exceeded my expectations, it was exactly what I had hoped for and more! The young lady that took my order was the sweetest! It was picked up this morning and my mom loves it!

just left the market side grill and will not return 25 minutes for 2 burger while a table of 6 who ordered after us got all their food waitress was extremely rude and had a snotty attitude was not busy but door dash orders were a priority over those that took the time to come in only to be treated like crap WONT RETURN!

Ordered a two tier Frozen theme cake...I could have done a better job decorating but that's not the issue. Received the cake in a non-food grade box. Uncovered. Box had dirt and mildew on it. Disgusting!

I'd rate it a 5 except for the lady who confirmed my order was rude. Celebrated my daddy's birthday when we were home one full day this last week. A little late, but better than never. Paiz and Brooklynn came up with the idea, and the cake design. Paiz called me and said "Grandma Di, PaPa Daryl did not get a cake for his Birthday. Only a KFC cake. We need to get him a cake." I asked her okay what do you want to do? She said "I want a man hunting in a tree, with a gun, deer on the ground and red leaves." I said wow you have really thought about it. She said yep. I asked what does Mae Mae want and Mae Mae said Blue, pink, and Turkey. So after all this I called Hyvee and ordered the cake. (The only place we go) The lady who called to confirm the order was rude and acted as if she did not want me to order it. Saying things like well that is a lot on that cake, I said okay I can order a bigger one. She said that is not what I am saying. I said alright so what?she goes well (in a rude voice) it will look cartoonish. I said it is okay by this time getting upset because of how I am being treated, they are just going to eat the damn thing and my two granddaughters came up with the whole idea. She must have noticed because she then said well I'll just put the order in then. I said good. Anyway I know two ladies at Hyvee who always do amazing work and one is Amy Carlson Cunningham. I just wanted give her a shout out and say A JOB WELL DONE! The two grandkids loved it and it tasted great! Thanks again to Amy and Hyvee

How hard is it to bag groceries? I mean really put heavy / durable stuff at the bottom or sides and fill it up. You don't just TOSS IT IN! I shouldn't have warm juice in my cooler bags, my 18.00 fish should be supported not tossed in to break. I stool at the front of the Hy-vee store in between the customer service and the check out and rebagged all my groceries. No one said anything!

My boyfriend called the floral department today and asked if they could send out a bouquet same day. They obliged, were super helpful & got the bouquet delivered within 2 hours of his request. Thanks HyVee for saving our day!

We had a great time Thursday night at the Market Grill. We had live music, great steak, super service. I won a Gift Certificate for a Reclaimed Rails Brew in Bondurant as The Tap Takeover Winner. I am very pleased we have one of the best Hy-Vee's around. The place was packed with gratified patrons. Kudos to all the Hy-Vee employees of Newton.
