Ordered off DoorDash and didn’t receive the two large mashed potatoes and gravy’s so I had to drive across town to pick them up. When I call the guy at kfc told me he would get the ready well he didn’t and I had to wait on the food again once I got there. Nice eating hot mashed potatoes and cold chicken and biscuits

Horrible! This was the absolute worst restaurant experience of my life. And I’m not a young guy. We came in at 11:40 in the morning and the dining room was empty aside from two women in a booth. Every table was filthy and the floor was littered with trash and food. I assume from the night before. We ordered extra crispy chicken. The chicken was freshly cooked so it was ok, but the biscuits were hard and the potatoes were watered down. Not good!

7:30 in the afternoon… lobby is closed. Perhaps it’s always closed. I was pulling a trailer and I wasnt fit for the drive thru. Just wanted some damn tacos. Went to taco johns instead. Btw taco John’s lobby was OPEN!!!

Big sign plastered on menu about being short handed and very rude service. Can’t see the menu.(wording on the sign is not professional at all) Out of practically everything at 12pm. Person taking order super rude. Ended up not getting anything just because they were rude. I was the only car in the drive thru and their lobby was closed. I get you guys are short staffed but so is everybody else.

Quite possibly one of the slowest fast food places I’ve ever been to. Waited nearly 20 minutes for our food, saw a lady who was there before us wait even longer just for a large fry they forgot. 5 workers behind the counter, only the young dude with curly hair seemed to care. Burrito came out literally cold. Not that hard to just be upbeat, especially cuz it wasn’t really busy
10 minutes in a drive thru and still was not helped. Very disappointed.

I hate to say it , we are a family of 6 so of course each wanted something different and we'll I ordered taco bell and a couple of the children ordered from taco bell and of course we ordered KFC. We'll it seems those who ate KFC was fine and those who ate taco bell all got an upset stomach and ended up having to run to the bathroom most the night and the next day . While the food was all good tasting something was off with taco bell.
