Tonight my husband ordered two burgers with NO ONIONS on the mobile app, but ended up getting them with onions. He called and was able to get them re-made. Upon arriving, the manager on duty asked if he had a 20 piece chicken nugget and burger with honey mustard and my husband replied, "No, I just had the two big macs with no onions." Just left the drive thru. A simple order of large fries and a sweet tea. What do I get? A warm sweet tea and fries that are so old they are cold and hard as a rock. Really hating the subpar standards.😡
