every time i come to this location i never get my sauces and it always takes so long, i get it i work in fast food as well accidents happen! but if its happening every single time its not an accident, i live 20 minutes from here so when i order i expect it to be good and correct, the food is good it just takes so long for just a fry or a happy meal and it’s crazy.

At 4:21 PM they put some old cookies that expired at 4:31 pm in my bag. I ask old groundskeeper Willie on 2nd shift to bake me some fresh ones and he did it with the most ill will. Not stopping here again
Took 30 minutes to get my food. Others that had ordered after me was able to get served and were gone. Manager seemed like she was one small crisis away from a total meltdown. Burger was fresh and hot but they put the fries in the bag waiting for the rest of the order. By the time it was released the fries were already cold.

Not a routine McDonanld's customer, but was in a pinch while traveling so we ate inside...the service was excellent! The staff was friendly, checked on us multiple times, facility was clean for a truck stop. Just wanted to recognize the staff for a job well done...you can see the manager and team are doing a great job. So well in fact, I made it a point to stop back by the follwoing day and hit the drive thru...again, stellar greating and service. Thank you
