Gave Brandy (she was serving us at the time) and was wonderful. I recently got on Facebook and the general managers page came across and I clicked on it. She posted a picture of a $50 bill on June 5th of a note I wrote. That money was NOT the GMs. It was for Brandy. I have the picture of proof and will be spreading it around. It is not okay for the GM to steal workers tips. Brandy worked her butt off and I have always loved having Brandy serve us. So I would appreciate something to be done and that Brandy gets her money back. Please email mail. So I can send you the picture.

Short staff small servings, bathrooms in terrible condition. Waitress did all she could with no help.

We had a Thursday mid-morning visit. There was one large table seated just before us, and a couple of other tables finishing up. 40 minutes after we ordered (party of 5) we were told that there was a hold-up on the biscuits but the rest would be coming. The three dishes brought first had obviously been prepared and set aside awaiting biscuits because they were lukewarm at best. 20 minutes later the waitress stopped by and seemed surprised that we hadn’t gotten our order yet. 5 minutes later the two dishes with biscuits came out. There were apologies and some percentage taken off the bill. We were in town for a musical and this really put stress on our morning to get where we needed to be.

For much of our visit, the dining room was very nearly empty. One patron came in, ordered, was served, and left between the time we were told that the biscuits were holding them up and us getting our food. There were at least three people working the floor (hostess and at least two waitresses) yet even though a number of tables had unfinished food on them and many more were cleared of tableware but still had crumbs and things on the table, not a single table was cleared or cleaned in our half of the dining room for the entirety of our 90 minutes there. In fact, as we were leaving, a single diner came in and a table had to be wiped for him because they were all dirty.

Not sure what the waitstaff was doing because they didn’t check on us often, and nothing was cleaned. The food was ok (may have been actually good if the temperature was better) but the experience was definitely not.

We came right around the noon hour so we were afraid it would be crazy busy. It wasn’t, so we got seated and ordered. Slower service and they forgot quite a few of our things…said it would be another 7 minutes for our cookies (not needed but we decided to wait since our kids wanted them) but then another 20 minutes went by and by 1:30, no one was around. No one came to check on us except for someone bringing by a ticket which was the wrong ticket….it all got progressively worse. Terrible service.

Not a good place at all .The food not good, service is bad lack of help? 😭😭

Perkins never disappoints! The staff is always courteous, efficient, and genuinely cares about your experience. Everything was clean, organized, and the service was smooth from start to finish. They make you feel valued as a customer, and that kind of consistency keeps me coming back. Five stars all the way!

They Have The best Special rite Now... CHEESE BURGER FF AND PIE 9.99 The strawberry pie is back I went in around 2 and found out they have 1/2PRICE APPS FROM 2=6 . I love their Chicken strips with Honey Mustard.

I come quite often. It's good food. Nice staff. And great pie!

Bought a slice of cherry pie it had no actual cherries in it just that canned pie filling that taste terrible your pies use to be great but now you can get better pies from hostess.

Hello gluten free and celiac friends . Today my husband and I all stopped here to have breakfast.( In memory of my late Grandma in Ohio ) She loved Perkins. I ordered 2 eggs, hash brown which is gluten free, and turkey sausage. Our server was Ari she's was so great ( Thank you Ari) . I told her about my allergy and she said she will write a note on there. She also said they can do a side of fruits instead of the pancakes. Very cozy place and the coffee was 😃 great .

I just went there, called ahead and asked if I could get a side of fries. I recieved 30 fries for 6 dollars. This is stupid. Never will I eat here again. Everytime I have been here in the last 3 years the service was horrible, the atmosphere was toxic, the food was mediocre at best, and they have mold on the ceiling in one of the seating areas to the north side of the building. Please replace management here or it will get boycotted. A lot of people I know stopped going there for the exact same reason. I could of got double the food for half the price anyplace else.

Love to go to perkins. Favorite pancakes and pie. Staff very friendly, but understaffed. One person trying to cover a large area. Feel really bad for servers.
