I ordered a pizza few months ago and it was amazing but I ordered one last night and threw most of it away. It was so skimpy on the sauce, meat and cheese that is was tastless.

We love Pizza Hut. But the last FOUR times we have ordered from this store our order has been wrong. I love the pesto pizza but every single time we order the speciality to our house there is NO pesto on it! If I order to my workplace it is always perfect. Not worth spending upwards of $45+ to not get what you order.

Spent 60 bucks in a pizza with extra pepperoni dint get it with a half baked pizza and burnt ass wings had to reheat pizza in the oven and didn't get the extra pepperoni I asked for had to.put the whole pizza back into the oven to fully cook who ever was in charge should be fired for not.delivering what was ordered

We ordered food last night that the short darker skinned boy who delivered our food took over 30 minutes to deliver it. We live out by lambs grove, it should not have taken that long. Our boneless chicken wings were great but our fries and my daughters personal pan pizza were cold. I will never order delivery from this location again.
Pizza Hut, glad you're back in Newton, but you guys need to get your act together! Ordered online tonight, went to pick it up at the time stated when we ordered, but our order hadn't even been made! Stood for 30 minutes waiting for order to be made with no apologies. Got home and the pizza was the wrong one ?

Phone service was poor, the pizza was not the price advertised, and the 2 pizzas tasted like they had been sitting, and weren't very warm. Very disappointed for 20 bucks and picked up myself.

My first visit there on a carry out my pizza was perfect. People working were very friendly. This time it was delivery to my work. The pizza really could have used being cooked a little longer and the pizza was barely warm when i got it. But the taste was great and the driver was friendly.
