Pizza sure doesn't look like what it looks like on the picture. It's all flat and the chicken's so crusty where's the chicken in it? It's like it's all overcooked. I've never gone there where the chicken was not overcooked and full of crusty crust on the outside. That was harder than a rock and I never even eat their pizza anymore cuz it sucks it doesn't taste like anything

Tonight was absolute madness and I could clearly see the staff led by wil was truly doing the best they could. I have never seen this location this busy. Yes the buffet area was behind but I've noticed in this location things are a hit or miss on how many customers will come in and when they won't so being on top of things would be hard with such inconsistency. For food and amount of staff to have on schedule. That being said I wanted to leave this five star review for all of the staff on schedule for tonight and the manager I met named Wil who through all the madness still found the moment to help my daughter and I at the arcade area. I totally seen and understood the struggle of working in a kitchen during an extreme rush period such as tonight and being understaffed for the rush that came. Y'all did your best and I noticed!

Food was out way too long. It was hard and very dry. The pop machine was down, and they were using 2 liters that were mostly all gone and had no fiz left in them. I'm sure there are better locations than this one. More than likely, I will not be back.

We went at about 1pm. The place was dead. We had to the most attentive staff and management. Making fresh wings and anything we asked for. Super clean and very friendly. I only wish there was one closer to us in Kansas. Best fried chicken ever! Best buffet we have had in long time.

We decided to try because it says new owners but i highly recommend not to we went in all tables and chairs was dirty there no space between table and the food either was half cook or taste like been there all day will never come back to this location we literally left and went across the street to eat because my family was hungry

No booths, pizzas looked like they had sat quite awhile, chicken too. They brought more chicken out while we were getting our plates, I grabbed a wing, it still had feathers on it. Terrible! Got our money back and went across the street to Legends. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression. nuff said!!
