I love their drink and food options, however, inconsistent is the best way to describe this location. I love that there is a drive-thru option and it's nice that it's right off of the interstate, but it's frustrating when you pay for a drink and its not made correctly or under-poured....today is an example.

Close to interstate, easy to find. Clean bathroom. Easy mobile ordering. Great baristas. Delicious chai teas. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend staff is absolutely amazing in the morning when I get off. Been you going there every morning for about 3-4 months. Manager is amazing. I always get a drink and a breakfast sandwich. They have my coffee order memorized when I do t change it up on them 😂.

Ive loved this place since they opened but thats because I only came before 6am. Morning shift on week days is absolutely perfect every time I have ever came in. But anytime I have came in the afternoon or on a weekend its pretty bad. I ordered my drinks online at 5:05 and I've been at the store waiting until 5:30 and this definitely is not the first time this has happened. I've been standing here this long with nobody asking me about my drink as well and I have not seen one customer the whole 20 mins I've physically been here.

Super rude staff. Made drinks way out of order and someone with their kids was serviced before me even though I stood in line and ordered 15min before them and it was the same and ONLY drink I was waiting on. I mistakenly had one of the other orders lemonades, which are the same drink, that I ordered long before them and was waiting for. When I brought this to their attention that I ordered it first and should receive it first she snatched it and dumped it out and said now she has to remake it.

went there at 7:23 when they close at 7:30, sat in the drive through for 5 minutes then pulled up to the window, we saw a dude in there and he didn’t come to the window. instead he ran off to the back and hid, like literally hid. blew my mind they don’t deserve that job at all.

We stopped here and I wish that we didn’t. The guy with long hair was grumpy and didn’t care to talk to us at all. He fixed our drinks spilling all over the cups. We ended up throwing the drinks away because we couldn’t drink them. They were completely loaded with caramel. I was disappointed that I ended up calling the Starbucks. The same guy was on the phone I told him the reason for my call and how unhappy I was with the service and the drinks… he told me ok! Not even an apology.
