I am so tired of this locations staff. The lack of awareness and customer courtesy is 100% a fail. I sat in the drive for over 8 mins. The girl at the reg who i believe had pink hair looked out the window 2 times never came once. I honked, revved my engine nothing. It took me calling then the older gal being rude to get my food. I am so tired of spending my hard earned money on a business that has employees who do not care about customer service. The last 6 times or so I've had issues at this location alone. So we stopped coming. Then tonight I didnt feel like driving out to the highway so came here to the 1st ave location since its been awhile and figured hey why not. Nope now my food is soggy and gross and once again reminded me why I stopped coming. Sarah as a GM please please educate your staff on customer courtesy. I know that other employees havent ever said that cant see out that window until tonight. I had my interior lights on even in my car. Totally unacceptable

Lisa needs to own a portion of the franchise. My wife and I came in after a bad day of golf and we couldn’t stop smiling when she started talking to us. If I knew her shift schedule I’d only order from her. Amazing woman

I went to get a foot long sandwich for my daughter and wanted to utilize the coupon I received in mail. Lady there told me they don’t take coupons and that their boss don’t allow them. I said every subway in Des Moines takes them how come this one doesn’t , she said then go to Des Moines and use it . Ride . It was just a question . Will never go there again. I will get all my money spent In Des Moines .

Our sandwiches had all the meat in the crease instead of on the bottom bun area. So when taking a bite you get either all the toppings or only all meat. Weird!!

Barely any meat and the bread was so crispy it was falling apart I will order from jimmy John’s from now on.
I love this place and the workers. I go in very often at night and the workers are always fun to chat with especially the ones that remember my order.

Ordered online, but had to go in store to get my child a sandwich because they don’t offer kids sandwiches online. They made two out of three sandwiches. Then started the other sandwich after helping everyone else. Now my other sandwiches are cold. I won’t be back here ever.

It's a simple sandwich with 3 ingredients. Meatballs, Marinara, and Mozzarella cheese. Asked for light mozzarella cheese but got a lot anyway, and also asked for Artesian Italian bread but got Italian Herbs and Cheese. I just wanted Mozzarella instead of Provolone but apparently that cost extra??

Twice now I’ve ordered online so I can pick this up directly after work eat and then head to my second job it’s 4 ingredients and subway can’t seem to get it right. 8 dollars a sandwich then they wanna tip. Apparently if you aren’t right there watching them they don’t care about your order accuracy.
