Horrible place. Average food, of course, but the tip pressure on top of shabby service is really over the top.If I was just popping in for the run-of-the-mill sub, I could easily live with average to below average stuff. But don't push me to tipping by pointing to the tip policy AND mentioning it when you're not handling customers well throughout.This rebadging of the same old stuff is marketing whooey. It's the same stuff with different names. Only this time it costs more.There's a reason this chain is in decline. This location is an example as to why.For the staff that works there, I'd go find work at a place that values you and doesn't force you to grovel for tips in a 30sec chow line.

Doesn’t honor coupons. Both Newton subways are definitely ones to pass on by. Go get you some culvers, more bang for your buck & they accept coupons there.
