John stands out for his excellent customer service, deserving a raise. Isaac is also polite and refreshing. However, there are delays - one customer waited almost half an hour for a Mexican pizza. The Drive-Thru service needs improvement, as it can be slow. There is a staff member with a disability who is polite but needs to be more careful when handing out food bags.
