This is the worst TacoBell/KFC I’ve ever been to. It takes FOREVER to get a person to take your order, no matter if there’s a line in the drive thru or not. Do not expect anything quick here.
And I ask for my tacos with meat & cheese only and they manage to screw my order up every single time I come here. I wish it’d be under new management or get better staff, because it’s horrible.

The food and service was extremely disappointing. We ordered burritos, but the beans were hard and crunchy. The nacho fries were inedible—completely overcooked and rock hard. We also got a bowl, and even that didn’t taste good. On top of that, we waited 40 minutes for our food, and the lobby wasn’t even open. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

THEY ARE SO SLOW HERE!!! Every single time I go here it is literally a 45 minute ordeal. Then when I get home half the food is wrong or something is missing. I wish they’d get online ordering too!

The hours listed on website state 9 after arriving at 7:35 we waiting in line for 35 minutes then get told they stop taking orders at 8. The workers weren’t gloves on phones Wouldn’t come to this location

I ordered a cheese quesadilla with black beans, but they recklessly added chicken despite my meat allergy. The service was abysmal—careless and incompetent. I suffered severe food poisoning, relentless vomiting, and extreme stomach distress. Absolutely unacceptable and the worst Taco Bell experience ever!

Wanted a quick bite during a road trip and thought kfc/ Taco Bell would be a quick stop. Was in line for over 20 min. The food was warm, but not really fresh. There were other cars ahead of me, but the service was extremely slow. I was given coupons for 2 free tacos but I'm not much of a taco person.

Went in to this KFC/Taco Bell in Newton with my granddaughter. She got chicken tenders & fries and I got soft shell tacos & coleslaw. We got it to go and ate it on the way home. It was ok for a quick meal. In and out in no time. Emplyee was nice.
My wife and I love kfc/Taco Bell. And this place in town continues to disappoint. Waiting 10-15 minutes just to order in the dining room is standard and at minimum the same time to get an order filled. And the drive thru, 10 years coming here and have gotten the order fully correct maybe twice. It’s filthy most times and nobody ever seems to be in charge. And yes we keep coming because it’s the only one within 30 miles!!
