I suffered severe food poisoning, relentless vomiting, and extreme stomach distress. Absolutely unacceptable and the worst Taco Bell experience ever!

Wanted a quick bite during a road trip and thought kfc/ Taco Bell would be a quick stop. Was in line for over 20 min. The food was warm, but not really fresh. There were other cars ahead of me, but the service was extremely slow. I was given coupons for 2 free tacos but I'm not much of a taco person.

Went in to this KFC/Taco Bell in Newton with my granddaughter. She got chicken tenders & fries and I got soft shell tacos & coleslaw. We got it to go and ate it on the way home. It was ok for a quick meal. In and out in no time. Emplyee was nice.

My wife and I love kfc/Taco Bell. And this place in town continues to disappoint. Waiting 10-15 minutes just to order in the dining room is standard and at minimum the same time to get an order filled. And the drive thru, 10 years coming here and have gotten the order fully correct maybe twice. It’s filthy most times and nobody ever seems to be in charge. And yes we keep coming because it’s the only one within 30 miles!!

i tried to ignore the wait in line, since it was an hour before close, but the service was disappointing, and watched a person package my food with black dirt ,or whatever it was, on the creases of their body (obviously not showering). Expected the food to wash down the experience, and what my 13$ was spent on was my tacos tasting like a mixture of cardboard and chemicals on the first bite, obviously using old ingredients. Food was not edible for it wasnt enjoyable, period. i expected to have dinner but did not unfortunately.

Ordered when I got to the window to pay they didn't have my order in the computer. Had to re order, then ending up going inside because my order still got messed up. Drive through service needs improved and the ability to work on more then just one order at a time.

Filthiest place I've been to in years, absolutely disgusting everywhere. Feet stuck to the floor in the lobby, in the hallway, in the dining room, and the bathroom. The amount of dirt stuck to the ground was wild. Ladies toilet was packed full of paper towels. Booth cushions were smeared with filth, all of them. Kitchen was equally dirty.
I feel like I haven't showered in weeks after leaving there.
Asked us several times to repeat our order and still gave us beef instead of chicken.
Not only would I not go there ever again, I need to scream it from the rooftop because of how filthy it was.
