What Burger King opens at 8 in the morning? Are you kidding me? You should be open around 5 at least if not 24/7? What a joke.
I just want to begin to say the very rude older lady wearing a purple shirt should retire. Very poor attitude. So as I walked in the store lots of customers were walking in and she rudely says out loud “Let’s all come at once! I asked I made an online order. She rudely says it’s not done you’re gonna have to wait. I have no staff to run this place and everyone has to show up all at once. My onion rings were not fresh burnt. I am a trucker and I need some fast food once in a while. it’s a shame of the work ethic we have today. I know that this is not a corporate franchise. Diamond Jo maybe owns it? But I don’t do business when people are rude to customers. I worked in the casino business for 7 years but it’s stressful. But unacceptable to act like that.

At 5 minutes to 10:00 a.m. I came to the front counter. I waited and waited about 5 or 6 minutes. It sounded like there were two people in the back and I watched them as they did things. I finally gave up when the menus went white then switched over to daytime menu. I gave up and left.

So slooww. Waited at the cash register for 10 min before someone came to take my order. Only person dining at the time
Always tell u to wate in drive through
Even though thear is no-one in drive through
And no costumers inside what the heck I've wated 15 minutes before just to order
Never open when the hours say they are.

The couldn’t make burgers because the broiler was broken. I understand things happen beyond one’s control but the worst part was the rudeness of the manager. The way she yelled at her staff & customers was awful 😣. Seriously, common decency is needed when talking to people.

This store is short staffed. However, with the attitude and demeanor of the staff, you would never know it. I was here on layover for 2 days. I ate here four times. The staff was exceptionally great and always had a positive and upbeat attitude. They always apologized that their hours were limited and they did not serve breakfast because of staffing issues. The food was always hot and fresh. From being a general manager of my own stores in the food industry before becoming a truck driver. I can tell you, I would have given anything to have a staff as a great as this one in any one of my stores throughout Covid. I really hope their area managers and owners, if it is a franchise location, know how hard they are trying and the great job they are doing!! I pass through here all the time, up and down 35 at least 10 times a month and never stopped at this rest area. I definitely will make it a point to moving forward. Thanks guys. Keep up the amazing work!!

I didn’t take photo of the bug in my whopper but the service it was horrible anyways and they didn’t give me what I was asking for. 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃😖😖😖

If I could choose zero I would. Horrible customer service. Sold out of anything we ordered. Finally settled on chicken nuggets and were told the 4 piece is only for children! Yet it was on the menu! Gave up and walked away. Do better! Cannot express the frustration and disappointment! Absolutely awful!

My experience was not well. We had been traveling through and decided to stop and grab a bite before we found our hotel. We walked in to make an order, and stopped for two seconds to check over the menu and the lady gave us extreme attitude. Saying, “come on guys, I have other things to do.” Granted, it was 8:15 on a Thursday night… there were two other people there. I was so frustrated with the attitude and rude looks she was giving, I didn’t even want to order anything. It was very rude and not a good look for Burger King. I will not be coming back.
