The workers and specifically the manager on 03/09/2025 were absolutely amazing. During the rush of lunch- they were able to remake an order that I had mistakenly messed up. They refused a tip and were kind to me until I left. That manager deserves a raise!

Sunday March 2. 6pm.
There's 1 car in drive thru ahead of us. A female comes out to our car and told us it would be awhile as they had a big order. Seriously? BTW 1 car in parking.lot. what a joke. They need a manager to organize and not turn. Business away. Not going there again!!!!
Forgot my wallet and manager said it was ok also the service was amazing thank you so much.

Just passing by and stopped to get breakfast.The cashier was friendly said it would take 15 minutes but was quicker than that.Great job on the guy making them in the back.

Truly the rudest manager. I never write reviews however my experience here motivated me to do so. The restaurant was dead with not a single customer yet the manager approached me with the rudest approach ever with my mobile order. “you over there need to come and get in line” mind you, not a single customer. she called me to the “line” just to verify my name for the mobile order. Then i proceed to see the manager in the back handling my food, in specific, handling the chicken patty and cheese for my burger with her bare hands and long nails and hair down. Truly unsanitary and unprofessional and not up to the standard of many other fast food chains. On a positive note, the employee with the dreads truly the kindest and best customer service manner ever, he should be the manager.

This is literally the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. They are only able to handle one car every 10 minutes. You wait to order then wait to pay them your asked to pull forward for another 10-15 minute wait. If they can't find staff just shut it down ....very annoying

Ordered a bacon king, and last minute changed my mind and asked for a whopper.
Cook put jolepenos on it instead of pickles.... jokes on them though, i like jolepenos more than pickles.

Team members were clearly irate because they had to serve customers 10 minutes before close.
We are from outside of America, over the border Canadians, and we had a very long drive through America, and their less than ideal customer service is exactly why Americans have the reputation they do.
Not only that, but they didn't give us two whopper juniors that were paid for as shown on our receipt. So, not only did they screw up the order, they also charged us for 2 burgers that we did not even receive.
So now, after hours upon hours of driving, we don't even have enough food for everyone in the vehicle.
Your job is simple. Read the order, make the order, bag the order, and this burger king team is too incompetent to even manage that correctly.

We ate there a couple of months ago. I was pleased. The store looked very clean. The furniture looked like it had been replaced since I was last there. And they had all their Safe Serve certifications posted, which I'd never seen in a fast food franchise before.
