I didn't realize this was here until my last day here. However, I can say this is definitely a small cafe with a lot of heart cook up in their meals. Idk about anyone else, but I'd rather eat a small MA & PA cafe than a big chain restaurant any day. Especially after the pandemic. Thank you.Dietary restrictions: I'm keto, so I don't eat carbs or sugar. I asked for no toast instead of an extra egg. She was very accommodating.

Very friendly crew. We had the hot roast beef sandwiches. They were hot, fast and freash.And the Homeaid Banana Cream Pie was the Best I have every tasted.

Stopped in for lunch. Waitress and staff friendly, food is served in timely manner. Always hot and tasty. I love their patty melt sandwiches. Restaurant always clean.Prices reasonable, desserts are very good.Would recommend this restaurant in Northwood, Iowa.

Great locally owned businesses. Love meeting a friend here for breakfast and getting something simple like eggs and bacon. She’s got Pancakes, French toast, good hash browns and all the normal stuff. There’s always a good lunch special and usually a variety of homemade desserts.
