The food is amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. My only issue is the attitude of the owner towards certain people whether in the store or from leaving reviews. Just from reading her response to certain reviews, I’m not surprised that I’m not the only one that found it very off putting.

I normally don’t take to the internet to bash and or insult any establishment restaurant or any other, I do have to just add some details about my personal experience with this one in specific, I am all for family owned businesses 100% but with that I have absolutely never been so utterly disappointed and disrespected by anyone in the fashion that the owner, Michell I believe is her name in my entire life, I’m a traveling nurse, so in my downtime I DoorDash for extra cash, with the way the world is I feel this can relate to many people i can safely assume, it’s not like I enjoy working a second job but what ever needs doing is kinda the modo for that, this women who after reading and looking into the business comes across as a nurturing wholesome Woman who runs the place with her family, but what I found shocking and off putting is how judgmental arrogant and just all out rude she was to a complete stranger, she refused to serve me because, at the time I had totaled my car and just moved to the immediate area after waiting in line for well over 30 minutes again the wait time not the issue she looked at me, seen I was in a van, all the rental company had at the moment and said a cargo van? I don’t think so, I at first was shocked and confused and sat there until an employee came out and threatened to call the law enforcement if I didn’t leave, now I called the 3 customers I had orders for and sadly all 3 said “ she’s picky” on who delivers for her again reasonable I would hope someone would take that extra effort but this was not that this was judgmental inconsiderate harsh despicable behavior that I personally was baffled and just so so very sad and hurt by the way she treated me based off a personal appearance with 25 second to react it’s a small town and I understand that, 5,000 people or fewer, but i had just joined this community, did she know I was a registered nurse, or that I was new to the area probably not I was having one of the most difficult times of my life after moving, losing my car with no Freinds or family for hundreds of miles, instead of taking 30 seconds to ask a single question her superior hostile response was just a sour taste in my mouth for the community I had just moved hundreds of miles to join, I’m deeply displeased and disappointed in the actions she took, it’s sad that in this day in age someone with her social and respected stature she would behave and treat anyone in this manner especially someone just trying to survive, all the glowing recommendations and story line of how they came to be will never change my opinion on this rude spiteful arrogant person, I have a simple suggestion.. do better. The world is hard enough as is, we don’t need the fast food devils advocate spreading hate to addJust a rebuttal to the last statement you obviously treat more then one person the way you did myself I never was able to even take an order, so incorrect, so I’m glad you go around on a regular basis insulting DoorDash round of applause to you for being a bully at your age , I had a hot bag you would of absolutely had NO clue if I did or not you were completely ignorant to the fact that it was based solely on the vehicle, it’s absolutely astounding instead of an appropriate response you still have to manipulate the narrative to fit the agenda you have, absolutely more insulting, half truths I thought you were an adult and a responsible respectable business owner when you have proved you really do think for some reason you have the authority and audacity to insult my intelligence and integrity, shame on you, people like you that truly make this world just a little harder, I will make sure and maybe nothing will come of it that this message gets passed on and made as public as possible it’s embarrassing and absolutely disgusting behavior thank you for jsut shedding light on my already existing opinion
