Food is decent most of the time. But there have been repeated incidents of being pulled ahead in the drive through line and never receiving my order. 5 separate times so far.

Was extremely disappointed in both the food and the service. The drive through was exceedingly slow. Fast food more like slow food. I’m not one to complain about service but they also clearly do not know how to put together a basic hamburger. The ketchup was more on the wrapper than the burger itself. This McDonald’s sucks would not recommend.

Once again, not open on time. Yes, it snowed today! It does that in Iowa. I guess the 5 or 10 cars I saw pull up and away from the drive-thru or park in front and pull away all managed to plan ahead and try to stop here before work. I'd probably be more sympathetic if it didn't also happen several times in the summer with no weather excuses. Seems like they survive on the fact that there is no competition here in town.

When ordering food at the Oelwein location make sure you get what you ordered and everything on the food you ordered, prior times I have been there there was a young gentleman sitting on a cart where food is placed, not very happy with the service. Definitely will not be returning to McDonald’s again.
