I just came across this page, but last year, during the Street Farmers Market in Waterloo, IA, there was a food festival next to us and I got the chance to try this delicious food😋 Excellent service, excellent food, and the BBQ sauce and seasoning are amazing🙌🏽 Hope to see again soon in Waterloo so I can try more!
won 1st place in my first bbq comp of 2025 with this pecan rub and mop sauce also finished 2nd Last year in my 2nd ever bbq comp using his pecan rub on a pork butt wonderful wonderful flavor and unique can't say enough about it get you some lol
had a slab of ribs tonite! delicious!!!
