I have alot of reasons and alot of experiences for my 1 star review of this McDonald's. First off it very clearly says online that they open at 5:30am. I pull into the drive thru a few minutes after 5:30 and nothing. Waited in drive thru for about 10minutes...nothing. pulled around and lights were off in drive thru so obviously you AREN'T open at 5:30...and there no hours posted by the doors that I could see. So when do they open? Who knows!
The other reason is because they mess up part of my order basically every single time I go there. I always ask for no ketchup or mustard on all my burgers. That's all I ask. But I get ketchup and mustard every single time. Even when the sandwich comes with a tag saying no ketchup no mustard....and yes...I always get and check the receipts. The last time it happened they must have realized they made a mistake and tried to hide it by scraping it off (unsuccessfully I might add) but it was VERY clear they tried to hide it rather than just making a new one. That's just flat out lazy and unacceptable. I could list a dozen other similar examples, but this review is long enough.
I keep giving these guys chances thinking it won't happen again...but something ALWAYS does...with today's being they say they open at 5:30, but they clearly don't....like you can't even get that right?
So yea, all that being said, no more chances. I'm done...and for whoever reads this, I STRONGLY recommend you go spend your hard earned cash at one of the several other options available in the area.

Worst McDonald's experience ever! Entered the drive thru line at 10:05am so my friend could get breakfast burritos, it was after 10:30 before we even got up to order, so had to order lunch then. Drove out with our food after 11:05am. An hour!! And my friend's burgers were cold & mine had no pickles. But an hour in the drive thru?! No apologies for the wait, no coupons. Unbelievable!

Food was AWEFUL waited almost 20 min at pick up for food.....fries were cold which we returned and still was given maybe slightly warmer fries....given by the none other than the shift manager!! The restaurant was not buisy, No one in line at the counter and no other cars at drive thru so not buisy at 5:30 p.m. (now I know why) we have only a few choice for fast food, sad that this is the impression your staff give, we will definitely be going elswhere and the thing is I Like McDonald's!! I'm sure if your staff were out and spending money on food they would not accept the food that was sold to us and yes it's very agitating to get to your home to find food is less than subpar...I hope the food that was being door dashed was Acceptable. Please Okoboji McDonald's do better!!

cody santina and ina i think thats their names made the most AMAZING fresh mcdonalds food i have had in so long, i used to work at a mcdonald’s so im usually really picky about how things are made but i was super surprised with the quality:) thank you guys!! i will 100% be returning to this location

Food always cold and sloppy. Had a worker carry happy meal out with his TEETH, literally put the handle on his mouth. This place is trash

No one was working the register and there was only 1 kiosk open that kept glitching. We were a group of 8 that no one wanted to wait on after we had kiosk problems. After I got the attention of someone to help me up front I was ignored and skipped over. Terrible service!
