Me and my bf come in quite often and we almost always have our order messed up (cheeseburgers with only ketchup) and everyone is always so rude especially one I believe his name is Richard after he had given us our drinks I realized my straw was broken so when he gave us our food I tried to ask for a new one and the window was open long enough for him to hear me say excuse me sir but he just closed the window on us and this is not even the first time I’ve had him do that

There have been many episodes of snotty attitudes here, not once has the manager stepped up and told the employee the better way to handle things. We aren't even fussy customers, usually getting tea for us & a burger for the dogs (no onion of course) about a third of the time they can't get the order correct, another third they are heard cussing, or throw the order at us. We avoid this particular location because of that.

After 2 years of living in the area they have never gotten my food right and it's always sloppy.they will literally ask you to pull up then your lucky to even get your food. Don't bother with this location.

Every Wednesday at around 8:10pm for my work lunch break I come in and order 4 hot and spicy mcchickens with cheese. And the last few weeks every time there's no cheese, even though it has the tag for cheese. They charge and extra dollar for a slice of cheese, that's $16 they've stolen from me now. Double check your food before you leave.

The lady working the second window and running out food on the night of 11-1-24 had an attitude with everyone . Then she came out and gave me the wrong order and got upset with me rolling her eyes at me. I told her she doesnt have to be like that. She got mad and started cussing up a storm while flipping me off. This all happened in front of multiple customers in the parking lot. WHAT A GREAT LOOK FOR THW OKOBOJI MCDONALDS!

I went there once and ordered a strawberry banana smoothie but when i got it it was 2/3 of the way full and when i asked why it was like that i was told it is how it comes out of the machine as they laugh at me. If that was the case, then it could be esally filled up to full. My fries where also very cold and some where hard as rocks.
I also tryed to go there today as there sight reads opened only to see if closed and no one there.
I ordered a chicken biscuit. They gave me a chicken griddle.

If it was possible I would give them 0 stars. Food is ALWAYS COLD and the workers have zero attentiveness. It should not consistently take 30+ minutes to get food at a FAST FOOD.
