Excellent food, atmosphere, and service. During extremely busy holiday weekends at peak hours, expect to wait about an hour for your food. The parking lot is tight and a challenge to navigate. Bring a smaller car, not a big pick up or large suv. They frequently have live music and/or sports playing loudly on tv's, not for those who want a quiet dining experience. Kid friendly.

Had a chicken grilled salad with berries, feta cheese, and poppy seed dressing. It was fantastic. Beautiful day outside. Service was great!

The burger I ordered was great! Strawberry margarita was the worst I've ever had in my life. I never leave one unfinished but I did today. They put way too much lime in it. I watched it happen. I couldn't even finish the drink it was so horrible they did comp me for it so that was good but they really need to know how to make a strawberry margarita. I'd go there to eat again but I would not order any mixed drinks again. Also this place is pretty expensive, too dark and the music is way too loud. Several of us used our cell phone flashlights to be able to read the menu.

We did have a larger party, however we were never offered water or a second round of drinks by our server. Our food also took over 30 minutes to arrive and some of it was cold.
After our initial round of drinks, not a single server came to check on our party or see if we needed anything.

Grilled chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce and ranch on the side was really good. Ranch tasted like it was fresh. Had coleslaw (creamy style)on the side and it was definitely homemade and great. Add cold beers on the deck overlooking the lake and it was a great Labor Day.

Great food, might be the best burger I've ever had. Busy as heck but food came out in a timely manner and the staff were all working hard. Definitely a top of the list place to go!
Great spot to meet up with family whether you're boating, walking or driving. Great variety of food and drinks. Prices were quite reasonable as well. Wish I had a picture of the Poke Bowl I had. It was flavorful and hearty. I will be back. There was also a band and different levels to sit at.

Every other bar on the lake allows well behaved dogs on the lower level. No sign. Not immediately confronted about it. Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

Checked in tonight and got a confirmation text at 6:37pm and were told by the hostess 1hr - 1.5hr. Went up when we had waited 1 hour 50 minutes with no table and were told ANOTHER 30 MINUTES. It is currently 9:06pm and we STILL have not received a text our table is ready. On top of that, hostesses were all extremely rude to both me and my husband when we were nothing but polite asking how many tables were ahead of us on the list to get an update since we have 3 young kids. Hire nicer staff or move the hostesses to a different position if they can’t act cordial to customers- they’re the first people customers see upon arrival. Disappointing. Used to like it here. Won’t be back. I can spend my money and be treated way nicer at one of the other many restaurants in town.

Have always loved the Okoboji Store until the moment they told me it was 2.5 hour wait for a table let alone how long until we would get food (had two kids with us) - then had our dog on a leash from the boat and they ended up kicking us out even though my dog was on a leash no further than 3 in from me. They need to relax with the outside vibe as long as pets are on a leash.
