Outrigger Restaurant & Lounge

Very rude to my family when we tried to eat there. Did not know we needed a reservation. Its Okoboji not New York. Go somewhere else and don't give them buisness.

Hostess was rude about not having a reservation for our group. We asked about breaking into smaller groups and again she had ZERO desire to accommodate us or provide a wait time. Very disappointed as we could see several open tables.

By far the Worst Place to have a nice dinner. Hostess was a joke! Website does not RECOMMEND you MUST have a reservation and if you do not you have to sit at the bar! Spirit Lake has many other restaurants that serve great food, nice atmosphere and treat customers well!

First visit. Was highly recommended and lived up to it! We had the delicious broasted chicken and the grilled walleye. Have never had a superior fish dish! Perfectly seasoned; a total delight to eat. The chicken was perfect as was the asparagus. Great service from the hostess/owner and our waitress! This will be a stop on every future trip to Okoboji!

Heard the food was top shelf here…..walked in with our 4 well-behaved kids and immediately got an eye roll by a server as she passed by. Then the hostess told us they couldn’t accommodate us even though there were several open booths and tables. No one else was waiting and we weren’t even offered a wait time. Clearly not welcoming of kids or families

A wonderful place to dine-in at with super friendly and welcoming staff. I had the boasted chicken and it was so tasty, diner salad which was very fresh/crisp , baked potato and my Appetizer, was the best onion rings, ever. The Dessert was a 3 layered cake with Raspberry & cream cheese filling and a lite Sprinkle of coconut on top, very light and super delicious. The service & food was above “excellent “ wonderful place to dine!
So if you’re in okoboji on Highway 71 you better stop into this place, you won’t regret it! Called outrigger’s.

The food was absolutely amazing! Our waitress Carissa ( I think) was very sweet and the service was speedy. I highly recommend the salmon and the garlic mashed potatoes. This has been our favorite restaurant we’ve tried here so far! The goldfish in the hallway might appreciate a bigger tank though, haha.

Had the prime rib absolutely worst prime rib I’ve ever had in lakes region or in my life. I ordered a medium rare and it was the toughest thing I’ve ever eaten. It was like a round steak. Oh thank you.
