Some of the best donuts I've ever had. CLASSIC GLAZED: 8.8/10. Not too much glaze. BELGIAN-CREAM-FILLED: 8/10. DONUT HOLES: 8/10. Dangerous. I could eat 100. SERVICE: 10/10. We came in 2-minutes to closing and they were still very cool about everything. ATMOSPHERE: 7/10. But who wants to sit inside when you can eat donuts by the lake? PRICE: Standard. HIGHLIGHT: These are the most "pillowy" donuts you will ever have. LOWLIGHT: No coffee cups for sale (but they do have other merch). RETURN VISIT: Absolutely.

Very quaint former gas station with the best and freshest doughnuts I’ve had in quite a while. We weren’t familiar with potato flour doughnuts previously, but the texture was similar to Krispy Kreme. Their cream filling was different than what we were used to (more of a marshmallow-y texture) but it was still very good. We arrived near opening (7:15) on a Sunday morning and didn’t have to wait in line. It was fun to see the staff making the donuts behind the counter. They have a lot of options for customization, and their online menu is an accurate portrayal of their offerings. Some of our favorite flavors included chocolate icing with sprinkles and maple frosting.

We first tried this place at the Spencer fair and we loved the donuts. This place was super busy with a fairly long wait out the door. We ordered a dozen plus 1 extra donut for a total of 7 and a milk. When they gave us our donuts they gave us 5 it seemed like a big inconvenience for them to correct our order when we told them we were missing 2 that we payed for. Also the menu says .50 cent for frosting per donut and they charged us .75 for frosting per donut for some unknown reason. Our milk was spoiled and it was 3.50. We were disappointed about that my son really wanted a milk and was upset. Probably will only try this place at the Spencer fair not the location in okoboji.

They have poor service and consistency in hours. We have drove there twice in past few weeks when their website says that they are open and when we get there and they are closed up it looks pretty bad on their part. Would leave a zero star review if there was an option. I hope that you guys are better next year.
