Decent store. Had went there and forgot my wallet. They didnt do tap to pay. Which was all I had. They gave me free food. Nice people. Great service.

got my order wrong after taking way to long to make it, didnt realize it until down the road. store is dirty and floor is nasty sticky. the young lady up front was nice and doing her best it seemed.

It was very busy, but the staff did their best to keep up with the lunch rush. They were all very kind and helpful and checked in twice to see how our food was. Cathy was very helpful and keeps the lobby clean.

Workers were discussing their personal troubles in front of guests, it was uncomfortable. The table we sat at had a thick layer of crumbs and grime embedded between the table edge and the wall, there were cobwebs in the corner as well. This restaurant needs better management

They took 20 minutes to get us our food, it came out all wrong, were disrespectful as hell, took forever for them to come and bring us our correct food then they didn’t bring us the fries that were in the meal someone else came out and said she bagged it herself and began looking around our vehicle as if we hid the fries??? Why would we do that, ended up being there waiting nearly 40 minutes i do NOT recommend this place to anyone you are better off going across the street to mc Donald’s or the gas station next door I work at a restaurant myself and would never treat people this way

Horrible place, it took about 10 minutes to even get to place an order. Then it took about another 30 minutes to even get our food. When we did finally get our food the fries were cold and our sandwiches were smothered with ranch and barbecue sauce. It was literally running out the sides. There was another older couple there waiting 30 minutes for just ice cream while 4 employees stood behind the counter visiting. Floors were sticky in the dining area and very slick in the bathroom. I will NEVER go there again. Horrible all the way around.

I waited until after several visits to post this review to make sure it wasn't an isolated bad day. They wait here is terrible. DQ is not supposed to be as fast as McDonald's, but a 20-30 minute wait for food is the norm. The floors are greasy in some spots, and sticky in others. Tables have been dirty each time I visited. This store ruins the DQ experience.

I don't even know how this place is open. by far, The slowest Fast food restaurant I have ever been in. There was definitely plenty of people standing around doing nothing. cleaning and customers service was at the bottom of their priorities.

I can’t review the food because we didn’t even get a chance to order. We waited in line for over 15 minutes and they only waited on one person in that time - with the same car sitting in the drive through. We left because there were still 3 people in front of us. When we left - there were 4 that left with us. SLOW! There was one lady working in the back with bright colored shorts (not in uniform), boxed up some food for herself and then took off her hat and walked out. Mind you, this was 12:30 pm - with many waiting in the drive through and many waiting in the lobby to be served. That’s when we walked out along with the 4 other parties. This was not the first time this has happened to us here. We stopped last year on our way through and almost the same scenario happened! Two times a year apart, pretty sure it’s not going to change no matter what reviews are written. This is just a warning for those looking to stop for a ‘quick’ bit or ice cream.
