I waited until after several visits to post this review to make sure it wasn't an isolated bad day. They wait here is terrible. DQ is not supposed to be as fast as McDonald's, but a 20-30 minute wait for food is the norm. The floors are greasy in some spots, and sticky in others. Tables have been dirty each time I visited. This store ruins the DQ experience.

I don't even know how this place is open. by far, The slowest Fast food restaurant I have ever been in. There was definitely plenty of people standing around doing nothing. cleaning and customers service was at the bottom of their priorities.

I can’t review the food because we didn’t even get a chance to order. We waited in line for over 15 minutes and they only waited on one person in that time - with the same car sitting in the drive through. We left because there were still 3 people in front of us. When we left - there were 4 that left with us. SLOW! There was one lady working in the back with bright colored shorts (not in uniform), boxed up some food for herself and then took off her hat and walked out. Mind you, this was 12:30 pm - with many waiting in the drive through and many waiting in the lobby to be served. That’s when we walked out along with the 4 other parties. This was not the first time this has happened to us here. We stopped last year on our way through and almost the same scenario happened! Two times a year apart, pretty sure it’s not going to change no matter what reviews are written. This is just a warning for those looking to stop for a ‘quick’ bit or ice cream.

Stopped for a quick ice cream turned into a 30 minute wait for a small strawberry sundae and a medium chocolate shake and we were 2nd in line. Couldn' quite tell if there was a manager but one teenager moving very slow to fill ice cream orders. At least 3 other people seemed they could ve stepped up to help her. Several people came in after we did and 4 of them got their order before us til I stepped up and said we are still waiting. That gal went outside for a couple of minutes! Then proceeded to help a little. Need some big time help at this place and cleaner bathrooms.

Very very slow. Got our order wrong twice. Three people behind counter and they were all lost in what to do... Lots of wandering and confusion. Terrible customer service

Had to leave after waiting for soooooooooo long. WELL above and beyond any reaonable amount of time for a drive thru. We finally gave up and went across the road to McDonald's and were done in 3 minutes. This place is run by a bunch of 14 year olds, which is normally fine, but not this time. No service at all in the drive thru. Myself and the 3 cars in front of me had to leave (5pm. Sunday evening.) By far the worst service I've ever had and a place I will never go back to. Best of luck to all of you.
They are open till 10pm. Great! Especially if you are a trucker parked next door. What suck is when to walk over at 8:45 pm and the dining room is locked. Well i guess I will walk across the street at least they will serve me.
