On the way home, we came off the highway to get some food at Dairy Queen in Onawa. The WORST SERVICE we have ever had at a drive through! We waited 10 minutes to order, and were finally “greeted” by an extremely rude and less than enthusiastic employee, who offered to take our order in a sarcastic and disrespectful tone of voice. 3 weeks ago they were out of peanut butter still out yesterday how is a ice cream place out of peanut butter plus no ice in soda fountain machine. Will never stop here again.poor management and must have bad franchise owners.
Food was ok, service was slow, but not the nicest DQ I have seen. The bathroom was sort of dirty. I think the bathroom sink had permanent dirt stains like it didn't get cleaned much.
