It was very busy, but the staff did their best to keep up with the lunch rush. They were all very kind and helpful and checked in twice to see how our food was. Cathy was very helpful and keeps the lobby clean.
Food was good, hotdog and hamburger meals. They were not busy, so not understanding why the tables. (I noticed others, just not ours) were dirty/sticky. The floor of the entire store was slippery. And no, it hadn’t just been mopped.
On the way home, we came off the highway to get some food at Dairy Queen in Onawa. The WORST SERVICE we have ever had at a drive through! We waited 10 minutes to order, and were finally “greeted” by an extremely rude and less than enthusiastic employee, who offered to take our order in a sarcastic and disrespectful tone of voice.
