There were no clean tables. It took forever to get our food. We were supposed to have our food taken to our table with one of those table tents. Instead they called out our order and we had to get it. For it supposedly to be fast food, it was very very slow.

If you don't ask for extra tartar sauce, they put on very little and the sandwich is super dry. They added way too much and threw it in the box. Sandwiches were both warm, not hot. Very dangerous and against food safety standards.
Worst customer service ever. I drive a truck so I can't come through drive thru, so I wait 15 mins I ask if they got my order and was told ya 8 more min go by so I cancel order only than she grabs my food and give to me. I will not patronize establishment that don't give truck drivers the respect we deserve...

This location moves quick, which is helpful with a car full of kiddos! So grateful for that! The new $5 deal is perfect for my almost 11 year old and his preteen hunger ?

They have mice and the flies/ other bugs are atrocious seeing as they are next to a field and at one point they had worms in the store. Tim knows all of this he has been told by many employees

We stopped here for a meal and had to use the electronic menu board. One of the employees was talking to two non employees at the end of the counter and f-bombs were being spoken by the employee. When we got our food, our fry containers were maybe 2/3 full. When we didn't get a sauce for the nuggets, we asked the f-bomb employee for sauce and we were told "not my job" and got another employee to get our sauce. The quality of the meal was good.

We were told we had to use the computer to put our own order in, per the managers. I not so politely told them I would not put my own order in, and I would leave without getting anything. I go out to eat, to be taken care of, not to take care of myself. What's next, are we going to have to cook our own food, maybe butcher the cow ourselves. Pretty sad McDonald's.
