Back in Clear Lake getting my mom settled back in for the summer. Always excited to see what local breweries have going on. Found Josh the Viking in the local liquor store and I’m glad I did. Some DIPAs have heavy mouthfeel, but Josh the Viking is crisp, smooth, with grapefruit notes and a hint of sweetness…maybe pineapple…with a moderate hoppy bitterness on the finish. Would definitely recommend. I’ll make the drive to Osage next time I’m in town.
We hosted a company meeting in the back room at Limestone and it was perfect for the group size that we had (around 20 people). The pizza was phenomenal and we enjoyed great conversation while enjoying the wide variety of beverages. The axe throwing was a perfect group activity after our meeting. Hospitality and customer service was wonderful. Highly recommend!!!!
My friend and I stopped in at Limestone brewery and tried some of their home brews. They also have axe throwing on Saturday and Friday. Next time we go back we'll definitely be trying the axe throwing. They offer two different kinds of wine from the frisky fox as well as a large variety of their own beers! I would definitely recommend stopping in at Limestone brewery if you are in the Osage area!
