I get home from track practice and my mom asks if I want subway. We order from online, absolute worst experience ever. The girl in the ponytail was so mean, I came in and told her the issue. We only had 2 sandwiches instead of the 4 that we had ordered. She had such an attitude and I wait 30 minutes for my other 2 sandwiches since my mom said she accidentally made 2 different orders. I keep waiting and it’s not there. I go tell my mom that’s in the car and she goes in. According to my mom, the lady with the ponytail was also very rude to her. She shoved a receipt in my mom’s face asking if that was hers in a very rude way. She then was mumbling under her breath to her coworkers about how they’re gonna go to hell after their shift. We get the sandwich’s 20 minutes later and then we head home. As soon as I get home all the sandwiches are wrong. They made 2 chicken teriyaki sandwiches instead of my cold cut and my mom’s sandwich. Probably one of the worst experience at subway ever, and I love that place.
I've ordered online a few times here. And have come in when the app says to come in and they haven't even started on my order yet.

Cooperate needs to come and evaluate where the issues are and fix the problem. Not sure I will keep ordering here anymore
Awful experience. Workers were back in kitchen didn’t come out to help us than they were throwing stuff back and forth and standing there and talking together and not even helping us out.
Terribly slow. Took forever for them to get our orders thru.
They only had two kind of breads, didn't have chicken salad sandwich, no ice in the pop machine and the rootbeer had no was not working. Then two employees standing beside the pop machine was told of that problem said it was not their problem because the ere off the clock. I rated it a two maybe a one. Also 7:30 and they were already putting food away I asked when they closed girl said 10 the guy who told me they were putting thing away that they closed when lights go out
The sandwiches were delicious, they made our pick nick lunch. Thought I could save a few dollars, lol that's not happening. Anyway the food was great and the service was wonderful.

Ended up walking out after the lady working stated we are not supposed to use the door to the back parking lot. We stated that is where we parked. She then shook her finger at us saying its supposed to stay locked. We told her we walked in that way and your still open. After shrugging her shoulder I stated we wont be ordering if thats how you treat your customers. The attitude and rudeness along with waving your finger at us customers like toddlers we wont be returning. Casey's has better sandwiches and customer service and prices. This was at 8:35 p.m. 4/22/23
Don’t even waste your time calling in your order. Called in an hour in advance and was 20 minutes late to pick up still wasn’t even done. I ended up taking my two hungry kids somewhere else. The service is sad at night.
We really miss the Seafood Sensations.
