The manager is amazing! I think she was the manager. I went to pick up my pizza and it hadn't even been made yet. I was told 7 mins. I waited 15 and went back in. It was just coming out. The manager apologized, offered me a free 1 topping and I explained that we don't eat single toppings. She gave me my money back and apologized. She didn't have to do that but I appreciate it! We will be back again!
Having grown up with a Breadeaux Pizza in my hometown, I was thrilled to find out that they still existed. Their crust is amazing. Hard to beat the variety of pizza they offer as well.
I’d like to preface that I have known the owner for a long time. my wife worked there when we were dating. I have definitely had my share of order mishaps and problems. I have witnessed Kathy go out of her way to make things right whenever she can, even at her own expense. During my time as a DoorDasher she had me redeliver orders that were made wrong or not “up to par”. I’m certain she has remade perfectly fine orders for people who abuse her generosity.
