Hey, KFC! Can you please add an applesauce button? My family of 5 had dinner at your Oskaloosa, IA location this weekend. Two of my kids ordered the 3 pcs tender combo and asked for applesauce as their side. They were told they can't have that because there isn't a button. Only the kids menu has applesauce as a side selection. The cashier even turned around to ask the meal prep person if there was a button. She confirmed there was not. I guess it would have been to much to ask for her to verbally request applesauce as the side so, can you please add an applesauce button? I couldn’t get any food because it wasn’t done. Won’t be done for 24 minutes and nobody in the drive-through and nobody in the restaurant. It’s like they don’t wanna help you! they know they’re gonna be busy on Tuesday They should already have it ready before hand!

I went to order and I asked for one second to look at the menu and the lady taking my order seemed annoyed and rude. I ordered and during the whole experience she had a attitude and seemed annoyed with my presence.

Did an order on the app asked for extra crispy when I got to the restaurant to pick up my order was told they did not have extra crispy and would be 20 to 30 minutes so decided to just take original recipe got it home and the legs are like wings really small not happy.
