Did an order on the app asked for extra crispy when I got to the restaurant to pick up my order was told they did not have extra crispy and would be 20 to 30 minutes so decided to just take original recipe got it home and the legs are like wings really small not happy.

Some people are just rude and some are pleasant . The prices are getting higher then they need to be when you ask for a certain piece of chicken and get something different not good

It was pretty empty. There was yelling going on, using the f bomb alot. If we had not already ordered ,we would have left.

It is one of the better places in town to get fast food.But, they need to make sure the call in, pick up orders have enough of the correct pieces of chicken, and not have to substitute other pieces after letting other orders jump yours and then your order is short items.

When I first pulled up to the drive-thru it sounded like the person was sick. They gave the person I front of us attitude and when it try to order she was very rude and snappy. I tried to order two famous bowls, one regular, and one substituting the chicken wings for their Hot and Spicy wings (which is something I have done several times before). She mis-heard and said “what?”, again in a very rude manner. I began to repeat myself but mid way through my sentence she cut me off yelling “No.” Complaining, she said she has no time and how it comes is how we get it. I have never experienced such inhumanity like this in my life, and as someone who has worked in the food industry for years I am usually understanding but there is no excuse to treat people this way. This happened 10/11/23 around 7pm.
