Came just as lunch rush was over ordered my food with my daughter for a quick bite which was anything but quick! Had to have my daughter wait on my food as well as hers made it to Sigourney to take care of appointment and was just about heading back to osky when finally she was getting her order and mine.sit down restaurant has better service then this! I literally went to Sigourney dealt with stuff...then my daughter told me they basically told her it was her fault thT she waited that long! Only fault i see that was hers and mine is we choose McDonald's won't happen again choose service elsewhere they dont want or appreciate the business obviously!!

We waited over 50 minutes. Yes, they were busy, but our order has been pushed back 3 times, and it's sad that I normally don't get mad at this stuff, but over 50 minutes and are order being pushed back is upsetting and I was standing there no one asked m3 but a littleold lady 1 teenagers kept looking at me and asked someone else what they need and not me the a lady with a neck fan said its my fault in a indirect way thats my falt for not saying anything its my falt for picking mc Donald to get food. Then, a different time 2 months ago, my gf sat in the drive tho for an hour 30 min for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and chicken nuggets. Side note seen a teenager pick a chicken nuggets form the floor with no glove and didn't wash his hands!

Ordered food on the app. Had to sit there at curbside 20 min longer than when my food was supposed to arrive. Employee came out after almost 30 min of waiting, explained that they had 20 burgers ordered in that they were all made wrong. When I got home, and unwrapped all the food I had ordered. STILL! EVERY BURGER WAS MADE WRONG! WHY? This place has been getting worse and worse over the years with employees not knowing how to read a screen. I've been in the food industry for several years and have had very few complaints on my food service. This mcdonalds needs to be inspected and watched more thoroughly. If you can't read a screen, please go back to school

Put someone in the drive thru that actually likes their job. I ordered just a double cheese burger and large coke. the tall black young man tonite hands me a wadded up bag not folded over or even open. a wadded up ball. Before I could even say anything he slams the window and walks off. Horrible service!
This is the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. The worker Samuel and Lafred I believe are so disrespectful even when you try and be nice. I go in or threw the drive threw and always one of them are taking order. I never have issues with people during the day but it’s the night side people. They always act so annoyed when I want to order and it is rather unpleasant
