I placed an order for delivery around 12:15. It was supposed to be here by 12:47. By 1:25 it's still not here so I called repeatedly and no answer. I decided to go up myself and find out wtf was going on. ordered pizza ranch delivery tonight all because pellas pizza ranch had amazing blueberry desert pizza. Been craving it since. my desert pizza was so over loaded with blueberries and apple filling that it was impossible to eat. and the dough was still raw and stretchy in the middle. the fried chicken was burnt and not edible. and the cheesy bread sticks where so over seasoned it's like the lid fell off the seasoning shaker. the wife says the potatoes were ok. We had six people come in after 5 on Sunday and we were all sick yesterday! Last time we were in the owner or manager somebody was there and it was awesome And we left a stellar review but this time it makes me never want to eat at pizza ranch again. Consistency is key and last night it was not! I asked for a pizza the guy said it would be out in 15min and they would be flipping out all the food for us as it was all cold, empty, or crusty.
