I'm in Oskaloosa today for a craft fair inside the mall. I went down to order a small taco pizza for my lunch. I took it to go. The blonde lady working the register - AMAZING! She was so sweet and kind! I wish I would have gotten her name (or looked at her name tag). She made sure my food was made quickly and she took very good care of me while I waited. I would go here a thousand times as long as she was the one working. Wonderful lady, she deserves the praise. Also, food was great!

We came in to eat dinner just before 6:00 pm, it was around $55 for me and 2 other people to eat (which i do see as reasonable since its a buffet), but the food was cold and it honestly just wasn't enjoyable. I don't love leaving negative reviews but the food we got just wasn't worth the money paid. It honestly seemed like the employees were trying to close early even though the place doesn't close until 8:00 pm. I have been to this place before and it wasn't as bad, so this could have been a one time thing. I'm definitely not trying to say to not come to this place, maybe just look at the buffet first to see if the food looks warm. There was nothing wrong with the employees, just the food being less than great.

The chicken was raw in the middle. Hopefully nobody gets sick in my party because they ate the skin off of their piece of chicken. The cook in the back got mad when my son took of everybodys chicken which I thought was really rude.

My 93 mother absolutely loves this place. Me however, do not care for it at all. My husband and mom loved the fried chicken and ate there share of it. I do not eat fried food. So I hit the salad bar. It was OK. No balsamic vinegrette dressing. The pizza was not good, the sauce taste like tomato paste. Very disappointed. We were visiting from out of town.

While being short staffed and a busy lunchtime, the three ladies there stepped up to the plate and got it done! They did so well that I had to stop before I left and tell them so. I'd personally hire all three of them away from pizza ranch. Threw all the stress of it, they were all friendly and courteous to the customers. Note to management, take good care of your good employees. Respectfully yours, Bill

Are there for lunch on 9/7 as soon as we paid it got super busy. The buffet emptied fast but when I went back for a second plate it was full again! Nice work!

I placed an order for delivery around 12:15. It was supposed to be here by 12:47. By 1:25 it's still not here so I called repeatedly and no answer. I decided to go up myself and find out wtf was going on. Tried calling once more on my way and someone answered the phone that sounded like they were either stoned or sleeping & she tells me it's ready but she has to call some delivery service to bring it to me?? What. I said don't bother I'm on my way. I get my food but I don't get my tip or delivery fee refunded to me. I got a free buffet ticket. Funny, they just assume I'm going to return after my foods been sitting there for 45 minutes & no one even thinks to contact me and let me know they don't have a driver. Why are you accepting online orders then??? You don't think this warrants a phone call???
I ordered a small garlic cheese PIZZA & a pasta dinner like I always do. I got a tiny little cup of sauce and a mount of pasta. No where near enough sauce for all this. And i got a cheesy ranch stick with trail dust cut long ways instead of a garlic cheese pizza.
Use to order from here at least once a week for lunch or dinner. So needless to say, I won't be back after this experience.

Chicken was cold today , and only five pcs. Salad buffet was warm. No dessert pizza. Had to look in a bunch of holders to find a spoon. Definitely not the good for the price they charge. Had to try it ! What mistake!

We reserved a banquet room for a birthday celebration. Making the reservation was easy. Once we got there the young lady at the register did a great job with our order & processing how many of the different age ranges we had for payment. The room worked really good for us. The pizzas we ordered were out quickly and everything tasted great.
