ordered pizza ranch delivery tonight all because pellas pizza ranch had amazing blueberry desert pizza. Been craving it since. my desert pizza was so over loaded with blueberries and apple filling that it was impossible to eat. and the dough was still raw and stretchy in the middle. the fried chicken was burnt and not edible. and the cheesy bread sticks where so over seasoned it's like the lid fell off the seasoning shaker. the wife says the potatoes were ok. I tried to call to talk to somebody multiple times and I could never get a hold of anybody.

Our first visit to this Pizza Ranch has a huge disappointment. Typically Pizza Ranch has a variety of pizzas available, but we were only offered single topping choices. The desserts were limited to a single cherry dessert pizza and no other options. Not worth the money for this location.

Food was cold and old….that being said, we were there after lunch, around 1-1:30. The place was a filthy mess!!! Food all over the floor! My booth had ketchup or pizza smeared all over the wall. There were 3 workers talking and playing on their phones. One worker picked up the dirty dishes from a table but didn’t bother to wipe it down. She left and went back to playing on her phone. I would give it a negative amount if stars but that’s not an option and the dessert pizza was pretty good.

They offered a brunch buffet for the 1st time we really enjoyed the food it was hot well stocked and the customer service was outstanding hopefully they will continue the weekend brunch buffets. The manager and the assistant manager did a great job checking with the customers to make sure the experience was good and asked for any ideas to help improve the future buffets

Food was fresh, plentiful and cooked perfectly, and the staff is incredibly friendly! It was all excellent, but my personal faves were the spinach salad and chicken. Tip of the hat to the new management and great staff who are really stepping it up! We've been to several Pizza Ranch locations and thanks to the efforts of the new management, this one is tops!

We had six people come in after 5 on Sunday and we were all sick yesterday! Last time we were in the owner or manager somebody was there and it was awesome And we left a stellar review but this time it makes me never want to eat at pizza ranch again. Consistency is key and last night it was not! I asked for a pizza the guy said it would be out in 15min and they would be flipping out all the food for us as it was all cold, empty, or crusty. The whole time we were there, only one pizza was brought out and not even the one that was requested by us. Never once did an employee come around and check on us or clear any plates! The my daughter begged for chicken and I told her no because it was cold and I didn’t want her to get sick but we all still ended up sick anyway. It’s not worth coming in hoping that it is a good day and end up getting everyone sick because nobody is following servsafe procedures… very disappointed with our service and the group of workers there last night! My daughter loves to eat there but we can’t afford to pay to eat here and then ending up sick for however long after, and it’s not the first time…
this place is amazing the owner and his wife were really sympathetic, and set up an impact night for us for our son. they reached out to us and told us they had an idea to help us out. they went above and beyond for us. thank you we appreciate you so much and won't forget your kind words and generous gesture for our family.

We ordered a cheese pizza a few weeks ago and when we got it home it was just cheese bread.
We ordered the 2 for $22 special tonight and I asked my husband to double check they were both pizza with sauce. He said he told the gentleman working what had happened and he advised us to mention it next time we order to receive a 50% discount. So Above & Beyond. We have only had really good pizza and chicken the times we have ordered.

Noon on a Sunday and the pictures are what was on the buffet. Asked if they were bringing more out and the kid at the counter said yes in about 5 minutes. Which ended up being about 15-20 minutes and even then they only brought out a pepperoni a cheese and a buffalo chicken pizza to the buffet. Told him this selection wasn’t worth $54 for 3 adults and a kid. Was there around 40 minutes and the buffet looked like this the whole time. They did end up bringing out a small pan of broasted chicken about 5 minutes before we left so I managed to snag a leg. This has been the experience the last 3-4 times I’ve been there so needless to say I give up on them. I’ll spend a little extra and go across the street to taso’s and get something fresh and worth the money.

Friendly service and good food. The restaurant and bathrooms were quite clean as well. We were passing through and it turned out to be a great place to grab a quick lunch.... Got to love it when you walk in and bam food! It's a little pricey though.
Vegetarian options: There's a salad bar with several vegetarian options, as well as meatless options on the pizza buffet as well as corn, mashed potatoes and beans. And all of the dessert options are vegetarian. Vegetarians you'll eat well at the Pizza ranch!
Recommended dishes: Breadsticks, Pizza Bar, Salad Bar
