Never has delivery driver available, but yet they're always delivering ? also never has chicken or fresh food on the buffet. You would think they would read the other negative reviews and fix the problem since they're all the same problems mostly.

I had placed an order for delivery but decided to go the restaurant to pick it up because they were so busy! We I walked in the door, the place was pretty full and there was a line. We it was my turn I told her I was there to pick up my food and I paid. It was going to be a little wait because they were so busy. Just as I thought the place was emptying a bit, a bus load of over 30 hungry young baseball players came in! So what once got caught up, was wiped out in less than one pass by the ball players.The staff was working really hard to keep up with the salad bar, the pizza bar, the desert bar AND the chicken and potato bar!I finally sat down to observe! There will always be disgruntled people whether busy or not, but the GM gave free trips through buffet and free pizza coupons to those of us waiting. The staff hustled and filled things up pretty rapidly! I was impressed! Good job you guys!

Need to go to Pella Iowa and see how there’s is. Ran fresh food restocked everything everything was old the pizza was OK ice cream machine wasn’t working! Salad bar had hardly anything in it!

The food was not very good, not a good selection of pizza, Chicken was not fresh. They asked if wr wanted a kind of pizza and it took them 45 minutes to get it to us. Also very over priced. Poor customer service.

The service was terrible, the food was old. It should have been pulled hours before we got there. I guess I can say the salad I made was good. Otherwise everything was old and cold . And this was at 5:30 on a Sunday

My Boyfriend came to Oskaloosa from Altoona to treat my daughter and 4 Grandsons out for supper and it was the worst I've ever had anywhere..the food was bad and wasn't a big selection like they didn't want to cook..then the salad bar didn't have lettuce..they kept probing the food with thamometers and making us feel like they should shut the doors if foods not safe..then my younger Grandsons wanted to play 4 games they have....the manager said she wasn't able to give change because they hadn't went to bank..and since business was down didn't have much change..and one employee said some of the games don't work anyways eats dollars but doesn't play..why you have them and hurt the feelings of young children your food sucks now and now your games are money pits taking away joy of small children..my guy spent almost $100 for our meal that was horrible...!!! We will not be back to Oskaloosa pizza Ranch ever..! Are you kidding..! I'm reading description of food management has on here..have you been lately..it was just 1-25-24, there was no salad for salad bar, the chicken was dry and very little in pan, the pasta looked dry and they kept probing it..there was very little pizza that wasn't cut threw to be able to serve yourself or help kids, the employees were embarrassed and saying how sick the food looked..there was nothing mouthwatering about any of it..I was ashamed to have my Grandsons trying to eat and have a good time..close the doors if you can't do better. So disappointed and your description is faults advertising!:(

My friend and I went September 18th 23 under new owners my friend and I went there for the reopening and it was nice atmosphere with music playing the food was good I thought my friend wasn't impressed about the chicken because it was warm but fresh..
