Called a day in advance to let them know I would be bringing in a group of 18 people and they offered to rearrange the lobby for us to be seated near one another. We arrived and the lobby had been arranged for us to sit together. They also appeared to have called in extra help as the orders were ready within 2 mins of ordering. The customer service was 10/10
Food was good. Cashier accidentally charged my card for the person behind me food, then tried to put the money back on my card. Cost me a more than a dollar for the cashier's error. 😔
It's not much better than McDonald's. Food is cold, cheese not melted, fries are soggy. Burgers are badly presented. Mine was squashed. I go to the Riverside in Oskaloosa for a good burger.
