Sat down at the bar to order food for lunch. After ordering only a coke, because I was at work, overhead the bartender make the comment hopefully thats not how there day is going to go. Made me feel less than welcome. I tipped over 50% so I wouldnt complain when people dont want to order drinks. You sell food as well. Food was good and the cook came out to check on my tenderloin which was very good.
A great bar and grill, welcoming atmosphere. Great food and service. I’ve been in several times alone, the staff always makes sure to chat a bit, making me feel welcome. The kitchen staff are wonderful. Food is always perfect, tables are always clean. Other customers are always nice.
So i just left (may 13th,2025) idk the bartenders name. But she was amazing. She was super kind. Super prompt. While she seemed always busy, i never felt neglected. The opposite actually!!! She made my husband and I feel so welcome!! 10/10 would drive from DSM, IA just for a drink 💜
