First time experiencing Big Acai. I got the popular Tropical Smoothie which was great. Portion size was just enough for me.I didn’t have to wait to be served. It can be awkward ordering the first time if you’ve never seen the menu before; however, the staff will help walk you through the options.Store has some seating indoors and outside. No public restroom.Getting into the store is not wheelchair friendly since there is a small step into the store.
Normally have great experiences hereHowever today was a disappointing experience. Instead of the normal frozen acai mixture I received gooy non frozen mixture which was barely cold.Definitely not the same!
