I stopped by at 3:50 to order a coffee. The doors were still unlocked, and the sign said they were open until 4. Being from out of town, I try to visit whenever I'm in the area. When I walked up to order, the barista said, "Sorry, I already started cleaning. Is there anything besides coffee you want?" It's a coffee shop, so of course, I was there for coffee. I understand cleaning the tables and floors early, but if your business has "coffee" in its name, maybe hold off on cleaning for the last 10 minutes or change your operating hours.

Parking: Pella is a quaint historic little town with the Tulip Featival and Dutch heritage, so at times it can be very busy

My group of 7 enjoyed ourselves chatting and I just could not help but notice every other group or individuals came, also received good service. With the same facial expressions. Less than average smoothie with a hint of attitude.My dog is a registered ESA.I believe the manager or owner was the one belittling me and throwing complete shade at me.Extremely rude and disrespectful.I could see if I was acting irate or obnoxious.... I was completely calm. This lady sent me into a bad anxiety attack. Don't come here.
