Cute coffee shop. Loved the decorations, there is fun room for improvement, though :)
1. Music: very loud, upbeat, and random. They are just choosing a radio station and playing it, instead of choosing the “right vibe” (which could be jazz, R&B, etc). I believe this is important because there were 2 people who seemed to want to relax at the coffee shop - I can only imagine how relaxed they were while drinking their coffee due to the loud atmosphere.
2. Attention: the baristas were formidable, but one of them was glued to his phone and he didn’t notice when I was ready to order - he was super nice though, just lacked awareness.
3. Work-friendly: The venue only has 3-5 places with outlets. My friend and I had to just randomly seat somewhere with no outlets, hoping our computers wouldn’t die at some point because everywhere else was busy.
Actionable items: 1. Music: Look up “coffee shop” playlists on Spotify that suits the vibe you are looking for instead of playing radio stations at random. Lower the volume too, for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere :)
2. Attention: I know it’s tough to say “don’t use your phone” but perhaps remind the baristas to be more aware of customers around them :) Pro tip: reading a book looks way nicer than someone watching TikTok videos haha
3. Work-friendly: Add more outlets. This will attract more people to stay for longer = more coffee = $$$ (more revenue)

they made it in 1 minute (which was already suspicious) but this literally just tastes like milk prepared in the PRESENCE of matcha

Cute coffee house with food served mornings until 1 PM. After that, they have pastries and refrigerated sandwiches. Cappuccino was delicious as well as the cold turkey sandwich on a yummy croissant.

I stopped by at 3:50 to order a coffee. The doors were still unlocked, and the sign said they were open until 4. Being from out of town, I try to visit whenever I'm in the area. When I walked up to order, the barista said, "Sorry, I already started cleaning. Is there anything besides coffee you want?" It's a coffee shop, so of course, I was there for coffee. I understand cleaning the tables and floors early, but if your business has "coffee" in its name, maybe hold off on cleaning for the last 10 minutes or change your operating hours.
This is an awesome coffee house with super healthy coffee options as well as healthy sandwich specials.
Parking: Pella is a quaint historic little town with the Tulip Featival and Dutch heritage, so at times it can be very busy

My group of 7 enjoyed ourselves chatting and I just could not help but notice every other group or individuals came, also received good service. With the same facial expressions.
