We were camping at Red Rock Lake and noticed the Burger King was open again and decided to try it. Went through drive up. Friendly staff. Received order within a few minutes. Got back to campsite and order was exactly as ordered. Food was hot and delicious. Will definitely stop there every camping trip.

Visited on July 2, 2025. We thought we threw them a curve by ordering a double whopper rodeo burger. We were wrong! They nailed it! Two all-beef patties with onion rings, cheese, and bar-b-que sauce. The food was fresh, fast, and 99.9% correct. The mistake was missing the slice of cheese on the sandwich; which they corrected in a professional manner. They even served us at the table. Above and beyond for a fast food restaurant! Will remember this service the next time we are in the area.

My family and I went through drive through and I had ordered a Whopper and specifically said No Onion and No pickles. The lady heard No Pickles but obviously not the Onion. We parked and was starting to eat and I checked my sandwich for Onions and Pickles. There was Onions. So my boyfriend went in and the lady was rude to him, they didn’t want to remake the sandwich and they copped an attitude saying I never said anything about Onions when I did. The lady said there’s only 3 of us here and we each have a headset and they all said I didn’t say No Onion. They just lost our business. This was one of our Go- To spots to eat since my town doesn’t have a Bk. The sandwich was also mostly cold and dry, barely had any mayonnaise and a little bit of Ketchup. Onion rings were hot but not the sandwich.
No greeting. Lady at the counter acted like she was mad at the world. Worst Burger King I've been in.

Went through the driver Thur ordered food for me and my wife got home found out that it was the wrong order everything was wrong called and the lady I talked to was very rude basically told me that she would not replace the food even though I had the receipt I guess I'll drive to ottumwa for burger King from now on even though pella is closer.

Just ate at the Pella BK. I wanted to give compliments to Matthew and Rachel for the excellent service and food. We had our hearts set on BK and they did not disappoint! Food was hot and dining room was clean. I was really impressed with the bathroom cleanliness and the sink had hot water! It’s the small things that make the experience memorable and this was one of them! Please pass on how amazing they are!
