Today is Monday September 16th 2024. Yesterday I ate burger king for breakfast and got the worst food poisoning iv ever experienced in my entire life. After nearly 16 hours of INTENSE sickness I think I am getting a little better but have still had to call out of work.

I wasn't here when the previous burgerking existed. But one thing I can tell based on the reviews that they had, it sounded like there has been a lot of improvement on food and service.
Watching out for every customer is hard but today I have experience that the members at Burger King did a great job on that so I give 4 stars. Thanks you :)

Twice I ordered a chocolate shakes. They do not taste like chocolate. There was a bit of a mocha taste but not quite. I was disappointed and do not like the flavor at all.

Honestly, in the past (before new management), it was hit and miss. I finally went back. It's August. They reopened in April.
Just wow. The only problem we had was that the clerk was having a hard time hearing me. And the store was absolutely dead. What?! Terrible sign. No- best experience I've ever had with burger king. Y'all are sleeping on a really great (as far as fast food goes), new experience now that they've re-opened!
Yum! Food was hot, fresh and tasty! Service was fast and attentive! Why are we not talking about how great they're doing? Why do they have no support?

I made it halfway through the burger and told myself, "you deserve to have a yummy treat" when I started feeling guilty about how delicious it was. Seriously, yum!

Are you kidding me? 16 dollars for two little tiny single patty burgers, that look like kid meals, and two fries. The burgers weren't much bigger than a slider. Is this some sort of joke? Or a rip off? Won't be back. I'll be sure to spread the word.

Really disgusted because they didn’t know how to use the app so I couldn’t use my points which are expiring next month. He rang it up and I said it shouldn’t be that much. He said when you get to the window some of that will come off when I pay. It didn’t. Even the manager didn’t know how to use it. The mozzarella sticks were way over done. I’m calling corporate they should know how to let you use your points!

Let's start with ordering 3 small sprites we got 3 small cokes, 5 burgers we got 4, ordered a classic wrap didn't get it.....ordered an 8 pc nugget didn't get that either...... good thing we expected them to mess it up and stopped them at the window to correct it.Great job fixing it but could be handled by not messing it up so much to begin with.

After waiting in the drive thru for over 14 minutes, I left. As I drove away I saw only 2 employees inside. Hire more staff already!!!
Several times have ordered via the app, drove across town to find out they close for multiple reasons.
