My friend and I just went through the drive thu, we forgot our drinks and pulled away. We made it to the main road and saw a young man running after our car with our drinks. He was so sweet to bring them all the way across the street to us! The customer service is unbeatable! Thank you chick fil a!

I work in the mental health field with adults with mental and physical disabilities. Pella Chick-fil-A always goes above and beyond for us. They are always so kind to us and always jumping at the opportunity to lend a helping hand! Food is always a hit! We were a group of 15 AND we all had our food delivered to our tables within 5 minutes of order! This is definitely one of our favorite places to visit!

The best chicken restaurant! The food was served quickly, despite the busyness of the place. Super friendly staff, amazing food. The Grilled Chicken Club has been my favorite for many years. Don't forget the Chick-fil-A sauce for the waffle fries!
