The food we ordered was good. The coffee had no taste - it was like drinking colored water. The aroma and taste were like tea but the color was darker. I asked a server if there had been a mistake and it either was tea or the coffee hadn't brewed correctly. I was assured it was coffee and they had recently purchased a different brand. I can't think I was the first one to bring this to their attention. Alot of coffee is consumed in this town with Dutch heritage. When we left I had to go to another establishment to get a cup of good coffee. And Culver's coffee isn't cheap.

We went here for a sweet treat today (08/26/2025) and I wanted a hot fudge and banana shake. The employee told us that only one mix in is allowed. I have never ran into this problem at a Culver’s before and I am beyond disappointed.

Being from Minnesota, I took Culver's for granted. Then I moved to Houston where they don't exist. Now that I'm traveling to Pella, I get my butter burger fix again. Still as great as always. Awesome staff

Went through the drive through….. kid the box out front that we ordered from was great, manager inside and at the window was RUDE! Treat your help better!!! He was amazing and radioed you and got no response!
We were there on 06/21/25 for supper. There were plenty of people behind the counter, gathered by the drive thru, but reluctant to come help us at first. Our meal (fish dinners) took over 15 minutes to get to us. When they did bring them to us they gave us Honey Mustard instead of Tartar Sauce and forgot the butter and the silverware. The fries were cold, too. We heard other customers having troubles getting their food, too.
