Very friendly when ordering. We went over things 3 times, and I explained I was bringing order back to coworkers who were working outside all day and to please make sure everything was correct and they guaranteed they double checked everything when handing me the bag. When I got to coworkers and started to hand everything out, not ONE sandwich was correct not even close. We didn't have time to go back so they just made do but I feel like on a 50 dollar order at least one...
Of many FF places, I'd choose to review this one. Great, tasty food, fantastic service, clean well maintained. They could be selling much more, should they refine their menu, make it more accessible to all types of public, including those for whom English is a second language. Some sandwiches are not displayed inside store menu on top of counters!
Good midwestern food at a comparable price. Fresh and hot but they have a tendency to mess up online and drive thru orders. More than a handful of times I have made it home finding out that our order was missing something or it was made wrong. I call every time and they either want me to drive back into town to get what they forgot or they offer to give it to me on my next order free of charge. It would be nice if they just payed attention to the order and got it right…...
