My wife was the only one in this location and no cars in the drive thru, only when the employees were done talking about nothing they took our order, we were going to have dinner but after the long wait we ordered one milk shake if you can call it that it was so thin you could pour it through a strainer, the bathroom floor was so greasy I could even open the door without slipping, wouldn't recommend this dairy queen want a be to anyone.

An absolutely amazing experience. The food was expedited quickly. The service from Alex was absolutely divine. The atmosphere was quiet and clean. The bathrooms were really clean. An amazing experience all around. Alex was kind humorous and I'm very fast with the service.

The gentleman you had working today were amazing. I didn’t get the name of the other 2 but Alex is a hoot. I asked them which was better the Superman blizzard or the cotton candy. Then Alex chimed in with peanut butter cup. With that being my go to I wanted to try something different but those boys had my son laughing so hard. I went with the Superman and it is good. All 3 of them deserve a raise. Great job, and GREAT customer service! Keep it up

Worst experience ever!! Wish I can do negative starts. We were visiting Pella, we love Pella! But this ruined our trip! The blizzards were like water. They only re did one of 5 blizzards. And the blizzards had no flavor. They all looked the same . And they were supposed to be all different . So dissatisfied! And as a mom with kids, you know if you’re a parent. That when you promised their favorite ice cream …. And turned a good day to a bad day real quick!! Wish I honestly to have my money back!!

It’s tulip time! Even at their busiest, the people who run this restaurant and work here are always phenomenally kind and polite. I have driven thirty minutes out of my way to go to this Dairy Queen specifically. Consistently above and beyond service and food. The new manager is AWESOME!!
