We chose this restaurant because another had closed and we were delightfully surprised how our experience at Fuji Chinese Restaurant went. Hostess and staff were very kind and attentive. We assumed it was buffet but it was order via menu only. We order the appetizer sampler platter hot tea and a coke to begin. Coke and hot tea were refreshing and the sampler was good. Our entrées were chicken lo main, orange chicken, and pepper chicken. All three exceeded our expectations. All food amd drinks were brought to us in a timely manner. The atmosphere of the restaurant was fairly quiet, which made conversation at the table easy. No speaking loudly to hear each other. Overall really enjoyed Fuji Chinese Restaurant.

Fantastic food! Had one of the lunch specials and it was perfect! Tasted perfect, perfect amount, perfect temperature, perfect presentation. A great, fun little restaurant! I understand it's family owned and run. I will definitely go back!

Fuji Chinese Restaurant offers a friendly atmosphere, quick service, and tasty, affordable food! We were very impressed with the orange chicken, and we also really enjoyed the hot and sour soup. We dined during lunch, and for lunch, you can get an entree, a choice of hot and sour or egg drop soup, choice of steamed or fried rice, and a choice of an egg roll or crab rangoon! A lot of food for a great price! We would definitely come back and try other items on the menu at this family restaurant!

I’m very disappointed in this restaurant. First of all, when I didn’t like the tea, the waitress gave me a very dirty look before she brought me a new drink. Secondly, I asked her what she sold the most of - she gave me a few more options and I decided to give the sesame chicken a try. It was the worst sesame chicken I’ve ever had! The sauce tasted like watered down ketchup. It was awful! I will not be going back there again!
Foods really good but the wait when it's busy is awful they really need more help.

This was average Chinese food. It was all prepared well but didn't have a flavor that I would drive 20 minutes to get. I added soy sauce to everything. The best part of the meal was the appetizers. My husband agreed.

After reading reviews we thought we would try this Chinese place. Well what I forget is the reviews are from residents of Iowa. Being from another state, I know chinese food is supposed to have flavor. We, agai. We're disappointed with the lack of flavor and portion sizes. The sesame chicken is supposed to have a kick of spice, but not this one, no flavor at all. Same with the sweet n sour sauce, no flavor. The chicken tasted weird as well, makes me wonder if it was chicken? We are now full time reaidents to Iowa and it's sad to say we won't be back to this one either.
