Was there on 1/27/24 wife went in was asking questions about menu well it sounded like Dazed and Confused . She ask for sure what came on the sandwich and was told I DON’T KNOW . Wasn’t ask if we wanted anything on it . One was plain other one did get tomatoes .

Horrible drivers, lost my order on more than one occasion. Each time I ordered I specifically put my phone number and to call when they are here and both times the driver didn't give any attention to the delivery instructions. Each time I've called to ask about my food nobody at the store could seem to know where the driver dropped it off. I would give negative starts if possible. Never ordering again

A Jimmy John's that does not deliver, at least not in the evenings. I guess that sums it up. Freaky fast delivery? NO delivery, Certainly not fast, But I suppose they have the freaky part down so there's that.

Pella ia Jimmy johns. Do not go there. Takes way too long for everything. Delivery is never on time. Took over an hour and 20 min for ours. ??

I’ve had great dealings with everyone at JJ’s! From the manager to everyone else. Just love these people and the atmosphere. The only thing that could make this better is to bring back the singing! ?

This was the cleanest and fastest Jimmy John's I've ever been to. We weren't finished filling out drinks before our sandwiches were ready. On top of that, someone was constantly out stocking items or cleaning tables. Nothing but praise for this location, and I can't say that about all of them lately.

Called about my order taking an hour. The person who answered was very Sarcastic in his voice for no reason. I was just wondering about my order. Update: my order was placed on the floor just inside the door of my son's dorm room and just left there with no way of knowing what entrance it was left at. This was lunch I ordered for my son's birthday . By the time he walked to all 6 entrances it was gone. Someone else picked it up. I called Pella Jimmy Jones and a lady said basically tough luck.
