Wish I could give a 0 but I placed a mobile order and I went in to get it and they didn’t even compromise with me after I showed them proof including my bank account and they just left me and blames it on me. Never going there again as well as calling corporate that is ridiculous like seriously.

This McDonalds is just as average as any other. But occasionally they'll really make some strides. Recently since the advent of the app and rewards this place has done enough to warrant another star. Pella has a pretty good McDonald's out of all the ones I've been too.

Got a hash browns with my meal and ordered an extra hashbrown. Got home when I found out I never got any hashbrowns. It wasn’t even busy this morning. Never left a review. That’s how disappointing this was.

We went through the drive through and could see our food sitting waiting for it to be served to us but they manager that was also working the window was standing at the front counter gossiping and by the time we got our food it was cold.

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Slow oooohhhh sooo slow. Sitting at the drive thru for 5mins before someone finally talks to u. Lights are never on
First problem they tried to steal $4.89 worth of a sausage egg and cheese MC griddle from me by not adding it to the bag and telling me I was good to go.
Second problem is they stole my sausage egg and cheese bagel!
What kind of garbage is this.

It seems like every time I go to McDonald's In Oskaloosa, they can never get my order right and if you are checking your order. The manager will come out and tell you to move your vehicle because you are holding up the line. If you tell her that you are checking your order. She would say. I don't care you need to move your vehicle.
