Parking: Parking can be limited, especially during busy times, but usually can find a spot or two available

All the food out was so dry and overcooked, they never put any fresh pizzas out the whole time we were there. The place was so filthy, it was hard to find a place to sit due to most of the tables not being cleaned after people left and still being full of peoples dirty plates etc. Looks like they never clean the window sills either...just gross.. service was bad, they never even came and took any of our dirty plates out of our way either. I will never go back to this pizza ranch again.
Vegetarian options: They have a salad bar so that would be great for vegetarians

We made several trips to Pella for doctors appointments and stop here every time for lunch. The staff is great. The food is wonderful and we will be returning many more times.

We called to place order & after 10 mins we got hung up 2X... the lady apologized & asked if we wanted a free cookie, I asked if we can have an extra cookie since we had 2 little ones.. she ask her manager & he replied NO! Unbelievable!!! I didn't have a problem paying for the extra cookie but he was plain out RUDE!!! HE DEFINITELY needs customer service training

I give these people not even a one star rating. This this is the second time I came in there the first time I came in there. I ate bad food and it gave me a stomachache. The second time I came in there today the shift manager is hovering over me saying that the ice cream is an extra charge saying is that pizza for your son because you only got one pizza buffet and the rest were salad bar buffets this lady made me feel as if I couldn’t pay for family food just the rudeness in the restaurant is horrible and it’s a filthy environment I do not recommend these people. there is no way I would let my restaurant be that dirty. Amy Adams, you’re the worst shift manager I ever have seen
